A exclusive ground floor garden apartment with an extensive terrace with direct access to a private grassed garden. Located by the pool area in a south-west facing slope with all day sunshine. Only 10-15 mins walking to the beach and very heart of famous port Puerto Banus.

A beautiful ground floor garden apartment which sleeps 4 persons and comprises 2 spacious bedrooms; one en-suite with a high quality queen bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 lovely bathrooms with underfloor heating. The spacious and bright lounge has direct access to a magnificent big and sunny terrace with lounge sofas and dining area with Weber gas BBQ and a private garden area with sun beds. Here you can enjoy the wonderful ambience during the day and under the sunset. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all facilities you may expect.

A easy stroll, 10 mins, to the beach and Puerto Banus were you will find shopping, nightlife, wide selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste. Every golfer's paradise is only 5 mins away and if golf is not on your list, visit the charming town of Marbella.

LOCATION For those who know the area well, the urbanisation Cumbres del Rodeo is situated in Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia, sitauted close to the H-10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel and Marbella Casino and to Centro Plaza, the famous bullring with its very popular Saturday market. Puerto Banus, the world famous jet-set marina, is Spain's equivalent of Monaco. In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, banks, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and a variety of shops. Walking from the apartment in any direction will always lead you to a restaurant, café, bar, shop etc. but none that you can hear from the apartment to interrupt a good nights sleep.

BEACH There is a good choice of lovely beaches at Puerto Banus. The apartment is situated only 10-15 mins walk to the port of Puerto Banus, the beach and the designer beach resorts of Buddha/La Sala Beach and Ocean Beach Club etc.

GOLF Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia is also known as 'Golf Valley' and features upwards of 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach. The nearest is the championship Los Naranjos Golf Club and is approximately a 3 minute drive away.
