'Las Lolas' is suitable for families, couples & singles and there are no stairs to climb for our disabled guests. Everything you could wish for is included in this luxury, 7 year old apartment, which appeals to all as its in a very good area, is safe and secure, has enclosed gardens, paddling and swimming pool.
The sun terrace is 15 sqm and enjoys hours of sunshine throughout the summer months & has a glass table 4 chairs, parasol & 4 sun loungers and two bikes. High terrace wall means safety for kids. There is a fold away cot and small box of kids toys.
The property has recently been freshly painted inside and outside and the marble floors beautifully polished. Tthe 3rd bedroom has two adult size single beds. The other two bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bath and shower rooms.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The apartment is located in an idyllic and picturesque area called Las Lolas (Nueva Andalucia) just minutes’ drive from the heart of Marbella. Marbella is located in the Spanish region of Andalucia on the Costa del Sol. It's classy, it's glitzy and it simply oozes coastal charisma. Marbella county covers a total area of 114 sq km and some 26 kilometres of the area's coastline are bathed by the Mediterranean.
Best described as a trendy cosmopolitan resort with long sandy beaches, it has a bustling lively night-life with a good range of bars and plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. Yet, Marbella has a unique air of individuality, which can be best appreciated by exploring back streets in the charming old part of town.
This luxurious resort town has it all. With a perfect micro climate which provides an average temperature of 18º C throughout the year – the Apartment and the location both offer plenty a pleasure to behold.
Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Those who know the area will be delighted to know that the apartment is located just past Central Plaza when walking from Puerto Banus. This means the Saturday market (a must see) is just 3 minute walk, Puerto Banus town and beach is 15 mins walk.
Surrounding 'Las Lolas' (Casa A, Apt. 10) are restaurants, shops and supermarkets where you should be able to find everything you need. Many people have said that Las Lolas is the 'ideal' location as it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of main roads and Puerto Banus party town but near enough to be able to walk there or if you're lazy one night then taxi back from Puerto Banus at a cost of less then 5 euros.
The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf due to the large amount of golf courses in the area. The apartment is located right in centre of the golf valley, which means you are within 10 minutes drive of the following five courses; Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Aloha, and La Dama de Noche. For the more advanced golfer, Valderrama is only a hours drive away, as well as many others.
If golf doesn't interest you, then Nueva Andalucia is the perfect base from where to discover the Costa del Sol with it's typical white Andalucian villages such as Ojen and Monda. For sightseeing, Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Cadiz and many more are easily visited in a day. Alternatively, if you wish you could simply laze on the famous beaches of Puerto Banus and Marbella or by the pool at the apartment.
Some attractions within easy driving distance are;
Gibraltar: You can take a day trip to Morrocco from the ferry terminal.Benahavis: A lovely Andalucian village with a great selection of restaurants. Ronda: A historical mountain town famous for its spectacular gorge. Also, there is the Selwo Safari Park, Tivoli World Amusement Park and skiing in Sierra Nevadas.

We respectfully ask that Smokers only smoke on the front or rear terraces in the fresh air. Smoking indoors is a fire hazard and may cause the rooms to smell, thank you. Note that the apartment has AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING system with low, medium, high fan speed and a digital temperature control.
The sensor is in the lounge and the air ducts can be found in all three bedrooms and the lounge. All three bedrooms AND both bathrooms also have under floor heating with separate controls in each of the 5 rooms. Thus you can maintain nice warm bedrooms and bathrooms in winter and have cool environment in spring, summer and the autumn months.
In April 2007 the property was freshly painted and an additional TV and DVD put into the Master Bedroom. SKY Dish installed on wall and SKY TV in the Lounge on a larger wide screen TV. There are 2 brand new bikes, crash hats and bike locks available which are stored in the Storage Room in the underground garage for use by renters.
