The property is a luxury 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom apartment on the ground floor with front door leading onto the swimming pool and the beautiful award winning gardens, which are admired and enjoyed by occupants and visitors alike. The large patio with table and selection of seating leads on to a garden area with a slow moving stream giving it a very private situation. The apartment has air-conditioning and warm-air central heating controlled by a single switch throughout the whole apartment. It sleeps four in the two twin bedrooms both with full en-suite facilities and sliding doors opening on to a patio area. The lounge/dining room is approx. 28 feet by 13 feet with sliding doors to the terrace, one side of the room being totally mirrored giving an impression of much wider open space. Dining is on a glass-topped table with four cane seats. The lounge area has a 3-seated settee with occasional chairs and tables, and T.V. Video and DVD player + Music C.D. centre. We receive via satellite BBC1, 2 ,3 ITV 1, Ch4 & 5 BBC News 24 Sky News and 22 other European channels. The kitchen has an electric ceramic hob and under oven, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, plus the usual smaller electric items,- toaster, kettle, iron and vacuum. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are all in supplied. The patio extends along the whole apartment with 6 chairs and table along with two sun loungers. The development has just completed a new indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room and exercise facilities, which are available to people renting the apartment. A small fee is payable for the use of these facilities. During high season a small charge will be made for use of sun loungers at the pool side
