The luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is located within the prestigious Los Flamingos Golf Resort. .
This light, bright and spacious apartment has been built to extremely high standards in a contemporary style. It is generously proportioned with the ultimate in comfort and design. Its airy elegance will make you feel comfortable yet pampered, and the lounge and bedroom lead directly onto the fabulous large terrace with its stunning views leading to the private garden.Lightly fenced this is ideal for sunbathing and secure for toddlers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch equipment - washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer etc. The built-in oven, microwave, and ceramic hob are ideal if you prefer cooking rather than eating out. The glass cabinets with granite worktops, make this a fabulous modern area.

The comfortable lounge is furnished in a contemporary but elegant style. It has leather sofas, a large contemporary dining table with seating for 6, flat screen 32" LCD TV and DVD. The modern real fireplace adds warmth and a striking focal point to the room.

There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms - fluffy egyption cotton towells complement the luxury feel.

Puerto Banus / Los Flamingos area

Los Flamingos offers you a unique combination of location, environment and facilities for a superb quality of life. It is a fantastic collection of highly desirable developments spanning a whole valley, offering unrestricted views over the Mediterranean Sea reaching from Marbella to Gibraltar.
The area offers you some of the best golf on the Costa del Sol, including a championship course and a golf academy on premises. Other services include a five star Hotel Villa Padierna and a splendid spa. Security and comfort are equally important, the whole area and each development has security gates with manned security staff.
Winding through Four Seasons Flamingos alongside a large natural lake are the greens and fairways of an 18 hole golf golf course. Renowned Spanish PGA Tour professional Antonio Garcia Garrido has created a natural championship golf course surrounded by cypress, carob and olive trees. The golf club inlcudes facilities such as a golf academy, racket sports and a widesporting offer complemented by an exclusive 53 room hotel in classical Italian style design.

Marbella
Marbella's motto is 'A Way of Life' and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

But Marbella has a down to earth side as well, an air of individuality which can be best appreciated by exploring back streets in the old part of town. One of the prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the older district and is also home to the 16th century town hall. In Orange Square, or "La Plaza de los Naranjos", as it is called in Spanish, expect to meet with stately buildings, small shops, art galleries, bars and bistros and is a hub of activity day and night. And, depending on the time of year, the colours here can be vibrant, with the trees and exotic tropical plants set against a backdrop of dazzling white buildings and a deep blue sky.

Be sure to explore the honeycomb of surrounding narrow streets where homes and shops intermingle to create the atmosphere of a small village, rather than a cosmopolitan town. There are numerous excellent restaurants to choose from, ranging from those specialising in the predictably pricey exclusive cordon bleu to the gritty individuality sailing and golf. There are also three pleasurecraft harbours here.

Puerto Banus
Puerto Banus is situated between Marbella and San Pedro (approximately 6 km from Marbella) and is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world.

There is a wide array of bars, restaurants and designer shops along the water-front at Muelle Rivera. As far as restaurants in Puerto Banus are concerned, you will find that dinner in Puerto Banus, though expensive, becomes a pleasure for the senses, as you will find the best restaurants and the finest kitchen here.

Puerto Banus nightlife is well known among celebrities, and there are countless clubs and pubs. In the summer months, the whole place rocks 'till daybreak' but expect to pay for it. There are hotels in Puerto Banus of all grades are plentiful but it will be cheaper for you to stay outside Puerto Banus. If you like discotheques and ending up dancing until high hours of the dawn we suggest the well-known discos La Notte, Olivia Valere, and Oh! Marbella, but if you prefer a more youthful atmosphere try Dreamer's.

Many illustrious visitors have passed through it, including the King and Queen of Spain and Belgium, General Franco, Nobel Prize winner Camilo Jose Cela, and Antonio Banderas among others. Puerto Banus' yearly visitors are estimated at over 4,400,000. There are nine 18-hole golf courses and one 9-hole golf course within a 10km radius with lighting facilities for playing at night. Some of these are considered to be the best in Europe. There is a street market every Saturday morning by the bullring.

Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.

Well, what can I say? We are over the moon as we had such a wonderful wee holiday in your beautiful apartment. Thank you so much Peter! We enjoyed a Rosada at the Pepsi Spanish Beach restaurant, Sardines and Swimming at Heaven Beach, 9 Holes at El Soto, Beers and People Watching at the Newsbar and a Roast Dinner and Karaoke at Grumbles! You are an absolute star for giving us those tips.

I would like to go back and stay at Los Flamingos again and next time let us buy you a few drinks! I will keep in touch.
