About the home

The luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is located within the prestigious Los Flamingos Golf Resort. .
This light, bright and spacious apartment has been built to extremely high standards in a contemporary style. It is generously proportioned with the ultimate in comfort and design. Its airy elegance will make you feel comfortable yet pampered, and the lounge and bedroom lead directly onto the fabulous large terrace with its stunning views.
There are toddlers pools next to the 2 swimming pools and the apartment has a selection of children's inflatable water toys and games free for you to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch equipment - washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer etc. The built-in oven, microwave, and ceramic hob are ideal if you prefer cooking rather than eating out. The glass cabinets with granite worktops, make this a fabulous modern area.

The comfortable lounge is furnished in a Spansh but elegant style. It has Italian leather sofas, a dining table with seating for 6, 32" SKY satellite TV with English free view channels and DVD. The modern real fireplace adds warmth and a striking focal point to the room.

There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms - fluffy egyption cotton towells complement the luxury feel.
You can enjoy the sun from the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and watch the sun set in the evening looking over sea to Gibraltar.

Four Seasons is only a minutes from the Hotel Villa Padierna a 5***** Ritz Carlton hotel and four minutes from the beach and all amenities. Puerto Banus is just 10 mins drive.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all luxury Bosch appliances and utility area. Both bedrooms have Fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with underfloor heating. And the master bedroom and secound bedroom both lead onto terrace There are 2 swimming pools in the landscaped gardens. The complex is secured by 24 hour manned security, video phone entry, and you are in a gated development with free underground parking. There is elevator access from the underground garage. The apartment has 32'inc flat screen TV - DVD player and SKY free view satellite TV. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with modern contemporary furnishings,paintings,mood lighting and objects d' art. There is video entry phone and direct intercom access to the security at the manned entrance gate.

We take most major credit and debit cards and PayPal with a 3.7% charge or UK bank transfer without charge in £GBP. international Bank Transfer in Euro equivalent or £GBP with an £8.00 10.00EUR Charge.

There is an as new cot and mattress and linen together with as new high chair ( all replaced annually) available at 6.00EUR per night. Two sets are available.

We have a driver and vehicle available for private airport transfers and tours/ excursions. (Contact for details and rates)

Pre-book a grocery pack and have all your favourite foods waiting for you. E mail a list ( there is a small charge payable locally.)

Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival towels and bed linen provided. For stays of 8 nights or more a second set of linen will be arranged. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advance and will be charged for locally in resort.

Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation. There is a late arrival charge after 22.00 hours of 20.00EUR increasing to 40.00 EUR after midnight.

++The apartment can sleep up to 6 people, by utilising two sturdy fold away single beds++ The extra beds and linen are charged at €4 per night per bed paid locally on arrival.

Conditions

A damage deposit / credit card imprint of £150.00GBP is required which is released after inspection.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace however in the event of unauthorised smoking inside the property a charge for an exceptional clean to remove the odour will be made.

The Costa del Sol region

A beautiful, 160-kilometre-long Mediterranean coast and a mild climate due to the coastal strip’s protection from winds have made Costa del Sol one of the world’s top tourist destinations.

Costa Del Sol’s mild weather is renowned internationally, with its average temperature of 22ºC in the winter and almost 30ºC in summer. Golf and tennis are popular pursuits in the region and watersports are big on the agenda of fun. The Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada, Marbella and Gibraltar can all be visited whilst on the Costa but if u want to totally relax there are the lovely clean beaches to laze on.

The Puerto Banus / Los Flamingos area

The area offers you some of the best golf on the Costa del Sol, including a championship course and a golf academy on premises. Other services include a five star Hotel Villa Padierna and a splendid spa. Security and comfort are equally important, the whole area and each development has security gates with manned security staff.
Winding through Four Seasons Flamingos alongside a large natural lake are the greens and fairways of an 18 hole golf golf course. Renowned Spanish PGA Tour professional Antonio Garcia Garrido has created a natural championship golf course surrounded by cypress, carob and olive trees. The golf club inlcudes facilities such as a golf academy, racket sports and a widesporting offer complemented by an exclusive 53 room hotel in classical Italian style design.

Marbella
Marbella's motto is 'A Way of Life' and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

But Marbella has a down to earth side as well, an air of individuality which can be best appreciated by exploring back streets in the old part of town. One of the prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the older district and is also home to the 16th century town hall. There are numerous excellent restaurants to choose from, ranging from those specialising in the predictably pricey exclusive cordon bleu to the gritty individuality sailing and golf. There are also three pleasurecraft harbours here.

Puerto Banus
Puerto Banus is situated between Marbella and San Pedro (approximately 6 km from Marbella) and is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world.

There is a wide array of bars, restaurants and designer shops along the water-front at Muelle Rivera. As far as restaurants in Puerto Banus are concerned, you will find that dinner in Puerto Banus, though expensive, becomes a pleasure for the senses, as you will find the best restaurants and the finest kitchen here.

Puerto Banus nightlife is well known among celebrities, and there are countless clubs and fashionable bars. In the summer months, the whole place rocks 'till daybreak' but expect to pay for it. If you like discotheques and ending up dancing until high hours of the dawn we suggest the well-known discos La Notte, Olivia Valere, and Oh! Marbella, but if you prefer a more youthful atmosphere try Dreamer's.

Many illustrious visitors have passed through it, including the King and Queen of Spain and Belgium, General Franco, Nobel Prize winner Camilo Jose Cela, and Antonio Banderas among others. Puerto Banus' yearly visitors are estimated at over 4,400,000. There are nine 18-hole golf courses and one 9-hole golf course within a 10km radius with lighting facilities for playing at night. Some of these are considered to be the best in Europe. There is a street market every Saturday morning by the bullring.

Well, what can I say? We are over the moon as we had such a wonderful wee holiday in your beautiful apartment. Thank you so much! We enjoyed a Rosada at the Pepsi Spanish Beach restaurant, Sardines and Swimming at Heaven Beach, 9 Holes of golf, Beers and People Watching at the Newsbar and a Roast Dinner and Karaoke at Grumbles! You are an absolute star for giving us those tips.

I would like to go back and stay at Los Flamingos again. I will keep in touch.
