2 bedrooms with A/C and central heating, sleeps 4 people, 1 garage, first floor apartment, 24 hour Security, 3pools, 1,7 km from Puerto Banus, lovely terrace and stunning view to the golf valley.

Fantastic apartment located in the heart of the best of Costa del Sol. It has ALL the amenities you’ll need for a successful holiday!

Gated and secure community with three swimming pools. One is a heated indoor pool perfect for the winter, another one caters specially for the kids with a waterslide, and a there is also a big pool for the adults to enjoy the sun. There is a sauna, jacuzzi and beautiful maintained, landscape gardens that give the whole community a sense of spaciousness and tranquillity.

Aloha Garden is located in the heart of the Golf Valley spoiling the golf players with choices. It is within a very easy reach of seven excellent golf courses. They are Los Naranjos Golf Club, Golf la Dama de Noche, Real Club de Golf las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club and La Quinta Golf & Country Club.

It has a big green area and is still within a few minutes walking distance of the luxury and fashionable Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza. It is only a five minute drive to Marbella and its charming spanish old town where you can have tapas and see the most original flamenco dance.

On your way to Puerto Banus you will find a casino, beauty centres, cinema complex, very good open air restaurants by the sea, piano bar, disco places, designer fashion shops....and of course a bull ring!

Opposite to the luxurious Puerto Banus each Saturday morning there is an open air market very close to the apartment in the car park of the centro plaza and around the bull ring. This is a must for bargain hunters.

Magnificent mountain views, 6 minutes drive to nearest beach and marina and shopping centre, easy access to local towns, san pedro, marbella, 1 hrs drive to the breathtaking views from the old mountain city of Ronda, or 1 hrs drive to excellent shopping at Gibraltar. Waterpark Fuengirola, approx 30 min drive. Or 30 min drive to the beautiful village of Mijas with it's old cobbled streets. 45 minute drive to Benalmadena with Tivolli World for children all ages with its wonderful promenade and excellent marina.

“Aloha Gardens - Greatest place to stay, at fair and low prices” As a recurring visitor to Puerto Banus, I can recommend the apartments in Aloha Garden very much. Always clean and in high standard, compared to prices and other holiday apartment i the surrounding of Puerto Banus. The interior design is very modern and stylish, and much more nice, than other apartments the have rented, the last 10 years, when i have visited Puerto Banus. Always very good service and quick response from the owner, when we had questions regarding booking and prices. The complex also have a very nice pool areas, and lots of shops and restaurants. Good and safe parking facilities and easy access to the apartment with elevator. THE place to stay, when visiting Puerto Banus :)

“A lovely place” We (6 persons) booked this apartment for a 3-week vacation in 2012. It is one nicest places we have ever been. The apartment had everything we needed, and we had a great time. The view from the terrace is amazing (I've attached an image to this review). The apartment was a nice, clean and peaceful place to stay. The Aloha Garden pools were nice and NOT overcrowded. The surrounding gardens was just breathtaking. Renata was very helpful (We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi) and she solved the problem in minutes! We would love to come back in near future!

“Stunning view from balcony, beautiful surroundings, safe area for children” An apartment with all you need for a relaxing holiday in Spain. Tastefully furnished in Scandinavian style. Easy to get in touch with owner. Panorama view to the mountains, and last but not least - a pool area that out children could stay in for hours swimming and playing.

“Amazing Christmas Holiday” My wife and I wanted to get away from cold Denmark over Christmas and New Years (2012) and via TripAdvisor we found Viva Apartments - the pictures were stunning!! However the review for the apartment left by an earlier guest did't fit the pictures and description of the apartment, so we were thinking a bit about which description to believe, the owners or the last guest... We are SO HAPPY that we decided to believe in the pictures and the description of the apartment here on TripAdvisor - this place is nothing but amazing, a small pice of heaven! Coming from cold Denmark we left during a blizzard and arrived to 23 degrees at Malaga Airport, finding the way to Aloha Garden was easy and we could park in the garage belonging to the apartment, so we did't have to carry our luggage very far. The entire area is very well maintained and even in December there's flowers and green grass everywhere, it is truly a hidden pearl! When opening the door to the apartment we were meet with a stunning view and sunlight shining through from the terrasse - on your leftside when entering the apartment there is an amazing painting in loads of happy colors and on the dining table there was fresh fruit from the owner to us and a bottle of wine with a small not saying "Merry Christmas"! The bathroom had fresh flowers, and the softest towels we have every used in our entire life, and there were plenty of them! White, spotless and soft. As was the bed - we were only the two of us, so we just used the master bedroom, but the guest room looked just as amazing. The duvets smelled clean and fresh and the bedsheats were ironed with sharp edges, the pillows were soft and spotless clean. The safe on the wall in the master bedroom was working perfectly and was easy to use. Even the shelfs in the closet were spotless clean. On the balcony - where we spend a lot of hours just enjoying the stunning view and the december sun we could even take a nap on the sofa, that's how nice the weather was, and the cushions were clean, soft and spotless! It was only cold one evening, and that we spend inside with some delicous take-away food from a restaurant in Puerto Banus just 1 km. away. The sofa is also clean, spotless and very comfortable and we watched a few movies on DVD's that the owner of Viva Apartments had been so kind to leave for us. All in all we truly truly enjoyed our stay and this is defintly not the last time we'll book through Viva Apartments - the furnitures are classical designer furnitures, the duvets, linen and towels are of high quality, the place is spotless clean and the kitchen contains everything you need to cook a dinner to enjoy on the balcony with mountain view! We had a good communication with the owner and we are so happy that we decided to trust the pictures and description of this property instead of the review left by another guest. We also find the review very strange, as there is not one thing in the previous review that we can recognize from our stay, not one! We can only give this apartment and Viva Apartments the highest recommendation possible, as we got full value for our money and had the best Christmas and New Years Eve in many many years!!

“Great Family stay” My 2 girls still say that this was one of the best holiday they EVER have had and we will definitely go there again - quiet surroundings and good swimming pools and short driving / walk time for many things. Especially the apartment decor and quality surprised us very posivt and we felt ourselves comfortable and at home there.

“NOT AS THE ADVERT SHOWS, TOO EXPENSIVE” We booked the aloha apartments offered by Viva Apartments because the photos looked stunning. It was one of the most expensive apartments we looked at a cost of 1,275 euros for the week, but it looked worth it and as this was likely to be our last family holiday before the children went to university we didn't mind the expense. What a disappointment when we turned up at the apartment. It is quite obvious that the photographs in the advert were taken when the property was newly refurbished; believe me when I say the apartment does not look like that now. This apartment is not worth 1,275 euros. Size - the apartment was tiny, so small in fact that some of the doors didn't fully open. Dirty – this was not a clean apartment, please see the photos, it was disgusting in places. To charge me a cleaning fee was an insult. All of the little signs screwed to the walls are rusty. The bathroom was full of mould in the grout and ceiling, the doors were dusty, corners of the apartment not cleaned for a long time. Furniture – so very dated and dirty, we did not sit on the sofa at all in the whole week we were there, some horrible white stains on them and we had to put towels on the balcony furniture. The dining chairs were dirty, old and had damage. In General – there were no instructions on using the safe which was locked open so we could not use the safe at all. There was an electrical plug hanging out of the wall, the lamp was damaged, there was no proper oven and as I don't believe in adding microwaves to my food we ate at restaurants for every meal, OUCH that was expensive!!! A guide to the local area would have been nice; we couldn't even find the indoor pool. The décor was awful, all walls had black marks on them and wardrobes were not painted in a manner that you would call quality. Communication – took the owner a little while to confirm the booking which resulted in higher flight costs, when we got back we had such a battle to get our deposit back. After nearly 4 weeks and lots of emails we finally got it back. The owner lied to us saying she would send it and never did, didn't replay to emails for a week at a time. It was just awful. Compared to other apartments I looked at which were nearly half the cost of this apartment I would have been better off staying there as this apartment was no better. Would I stay here again? Certainly not and I would not rent from Aviva Apartments again. Response: Dear Guest, I do alsways take my guest seriously with their wishes and needs and here are my answers (again): The apartment looks exactly as it is on the photos, even the pillows are the same colors. No detail has been removed or changed!!! Size-It is exactly as it is on the apartment description and it is written on the property documents. Dirty- I've never received any complain regarding the cleaning of the apartment, BUT if you have told me that by the time you were arrived the apartment, I promise you it will be taken seriously. The apartment is painted every single year when the sommer time is over. All the balcony pillows are renewed and the broken tings changed during the year. The apartment is well booked and I have guests returning every year because of the good condition and location of the apartment. I have never lied or had any problem with guests who did not receive their deposit back and very few times I had to keep any amount of their deposit. Please feel free to confirm it with Holiday Lettings if they ever had any guest saying the opposit of that! Feel free to contact me in case of any question. I will be very honest with my answer!
