The townhouse, located in a small private complex, has been newly refurbished to the highest standards. The ground floor features a modern spacious lounge with a 42 inch plasma TV with English Sky Digital and a DVD Player. Leading off from the lounge is a terrace overlooking a large pool and communal garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating area.
The fist floor features two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a fully fitted shower room with heated towel rail. On the lower level are two large twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room.
There is a supermarket which can be walked to in 15 minutes but I would recommend going by car especially if you have a lot of shopping bags to carry!
Within walking distance from the property, there is a lovely restaurant called Los Naranjos Clubhouse which is only 5 minutes walking distance. And also there are two Golf Courses within walking distance- Aloha and Dama De Noche (which also has a mid-night golf course)
If you do not want to go to the busy Puerto Banus, in the area of Nueva Andalucia, there are a variety of restaurants and english bars close by. Also on a saturday there is a great market held around the "Bull Ring", which can be reached in 5 minutes in the car.
Marbella centre is 10 minutes drive. Here you will find an abundance of shops/restaurants and "The Old Town" which is very quaint. The Marbella beaches are very busy in summer months and are great to sample traditional spanish dishes in the beach bars. Also a walk along the promenade is a must especially in the evenings when the sun is setting.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
For lovers of golf, the Costa del Sol is definitely the place to be. The mild climate (320 days of sunshine each year) and 39 courses attract golfers from all over the world offering a variety of courses to suit all handicaps.
A stones throw from the townhouse is the ‘midnight golf course’ at La Dama de Nocha which is the only one of its kind in Europe. The golf courses in the immediate vicinity are: Aloha, Las Brisas, La Dama de Noche, Los Naranjos and La Quinta.
The Costa del Sol’s unspoilt beaches are the major attraction for all visitors. The nearest beach to the property is Puerto Banus. It is a maximum of 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the townhouse.
Puerto Banus / Aloha area
There is an abundance of places to see and things to do both on the coast and further inland. Visit many of Spains white wash villages – The quaint cobblestoned villages of Ronda, Istan, Coin and Monda, where you will really get the feel of Spanish life and sample traditional Andalucian dishes.
For the children to enjoy, there is Selwo Wildlife Park in Estepona, The Sea life Centre in Benelmadina Port and also Tivoli – The famous Attraction Park. Also not forgetting the winter months – Sierra Nevada, a popular skiing resort is only 2 hours away by car! Also there is a great Water Park located in Mijas which is about 30 minutes away by car.
For all you ladies, the shops are a MUST!! In and around Puerto Banus you will find shopping centres, designer, high street and boutique shops. El Corte Ingles is a huge department store which also houses a hypermarket with many English products. In Puerto Banus itself, you will be spoilt for choice with the designer stores such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, D & G and many more! Also there is a 10 screen Cinema which shows an English film every week.
Marbella old town and the famous “Orange Square” is only a 15 minute car ride, but for the more adventurous there is a water taxi which departs from Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus has a magnificent abundance of award-winning restaurants and bars and boasts a fantastic night-life. For the risk takers in life there is an International Casino next to Puerto Banus as well as Discos which are open until 7 oclock in the morning!

How to get there
The nearest airport to the property is Malaga Airport. It takes approximately 40 minutes by car from the airport to the townhouse. Easy Jet, Monarch Airways, Thomson Fly, British Airways, and Monarch all fly to Malaga airport. Alternatively you can fly to Gibraltar airport which will take approximately 50 minutes by car from the airport to the townhouse. British Airways fly to Gibraltar airport.
An arrival at Malaga airport, there is a Taxi rank. A taxi should cost you about 80/90 euros depending on the time of day. Alternatively, there is a coach service from Malaga Airport. If you exit the airport doors, coaches can be found immediately to the right. They drive directly from the airport to Marbella coach station with no stops. From then it is only a 10 minute Taxi ride to the townhouse. The cost of the coach is approx 4 euros per person each way.

The townhouse is on three levels therefore it is not suitable for elderly.
The staircase itself is of a modern design and is not suitable for children under 5 as it has large gaps in that children are at risk of falling through.
