About the home

Welcome to Senorio de Aloha, a luxury private community in Nueva Andalucia, beside the world famous Puerto Banus, and nestled right in the heart of Golf Valley. The apartment is directly opposite the Pasta Cafe just a minutes walk from the famous 'Bull Ring' of Nueva Andalucia. The apartment enjoys no less than 3 terraces, with each bedroom having its own private terrace. As the apartment is over two floors, the main terrace is extra large and overlooks the fantastic Sierra Blanca mountain peak, an ideal backdrop to glorious evening sunsets. The community has 3 adult swimming pools and 2 toddler pools. There is sloped access to all areas and therefore it is ideal for the young and old alike. Two supermarkets and 10 restaurants are only a 2 minute walk away and there is a hugely popular market each Saturday, again only a 2 minute walk. With its fashionable shops, lively bars and cosmopolitan atmosphere, you are sure to enjoy this unique marina and the surrounding beaches.
