Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido & built to enhance the beauty of it's surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants & a gym.
Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino & nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Bel Air Platinum.
Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus/Cancelada area
A luxurious resort town which certainly seems to have it all. Puerto Banus and Marbella is a favourite location with the rich and the famous, which means prices are a bit more than you might expect in the quieter resorts. But Marbella has a down to earth side as well, a traditional Andalucian spirit which can be appreciated by exploring the back streets in the older part of town.
One ‘must see’ area is ‘Orange Square’ (La Plaza de los Naranjos) which is located just off the main street in the older district and is also home to the 16th century Town Hall and Tourist Office where you can pick up a detailed map and visitor information.
Home to stately buildings, thriving shops, art galleries, bars and bistros Orange Square has a vibrant buzz around the clock.
You’re sure to enjoy exploring the honeycomb of surrounding narrow streets where homes and shops intermingle to create the atmosphere of a small village, rather than a cosmopolitan town.

Bel Air Platinum is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Bel Air late afternoon!.
Nightlife: There are many excellent bars in Puerto Banus usually open until 4 am. The livliest bar is xs bar which is located in the Plaza de la Comedia in the second line behind Sinatras. The bar is usually full of Marbella’s crazy crowd and everything is possible from dancing on the tables through to the legendary Funnel of Doom which is a lethal drink usually reserved for hen and stag nights.

Malaga International Airport is the nearest airport. The villa is located 40 minutes by car west of Malaga, Along the A7 motorway, Extremley easy to reach.

Further details indoors: The Townhouse is furnished to the very highest standard by a professional interior designer. It is fully equipped and maintained to the standard you would expect of a property of this quality.
Further details outdoors: There is a fantastic roof top solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilites such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 further terraces with table, chairs and sunloungers. The large outdoor pool is shared with the other Townhouses.

The Easter period is at a cost of £1,300 per week and I would also accept bookings for minimum of 3 nights or more.
£100 deposit is rquired to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
Linen and towels are all provided, Beach towels are not provided, please make sure you bring your own. Highchair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both.
Pre-book a grocery pack for £25
Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen will be arranged. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advanced and will be charged for in resort. This can be paid in the UK or locally.
Any change over date is accepted and we will acoomodate you whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.
I will accept bookings for any time periods.
Conditions
