Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf & El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande & Valderrama, (Ryder Cup-1997, 1999 World Championships) wihin 40 minutes. There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the Costa Del Sol within a 30 Minute drive.

The Townhouse is furnished to the very highest standard by a professional interior designer. It is fully equipped and maintained to the standard you would expect of a property of this quality.

There is a fantastic roof top solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilites such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 further terraces with table, chairs and sunloungers. The large outdoor pool is shared with the other Townhouses.

The Easter period is at a cost of £1,200 per week and I would also accept bookings for minimum of 3 nights or more.
30% of the villa cost is held as a deposit to secure the dates of your reservation. In the event of cancellation this deposit will be non refundable.
The full price of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to travel.
If payment is made by credit card a 3.5% card charge will be made.
Please note a payment of £250 is required with your final balance as security in case of damages during your stay and subject to a satisfactory post departure check this will be refunded to you within 14 days of your return.
Late check-out must be booked in advance. and is charged at £50 (Subject to confirmation).
The price of your rental includes Meet and Greet by the local representative.
Linen and towels are all provided, Beach towels are not provided, please make sure you bring your own. Highchair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both.
Pre-book a grocery pack from £25 - £40
Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advanced and will be charged for in resort. This can be paid in the UK or locally.
Any change over date is accepted and we will acoomodate you whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.
I will accept bookings for any time periods.
Conditions
NO single sex group bookings allowed during July and August.
Mixed sex group allowed a Maximum of 8.
The Communal Swimming Pool on the premises can only be occupied/used by 4 members of a household due to Health And Safety Regulations. So please bear in mind and rotate with friends/family whilst using the Communal Swimming Pool.

Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido & built to enhance the beauty of it's surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants & a gym.
Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino & nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Bel Air Platinum.
The Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus/Cancelada area
A luxurious resort town which certainly seems to have it all. Puerto Banus and Marbella is a favourite location with the rich and the famous, which means prices are a bit more than you might expect in the quieter resorts. But Marbella has a down to earth side as well, a traditional Andalucian spirit which can be appreciated by exploring the back streets in the older part of town.
One ‘must see’ area is ‘Orange Square’ (La Plaza de los Naranjos) which is located just off the main street in the older district and is also home to the 16th century Town Hall and Tourist Office where you can pick up a detailed map and visitor information.
Home to stately buildings, thriving shops, art galleries, bars and bistros Orange Square has a vibrant buzz around the clock.
You’re sure to enjoy exploring the honeycomb of surrounding narrow streets where homes and shops intermingle to create the atmosphere of a small village, rather than a cosmopolitan town.

Bel Air Platinum is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Bel Air late afternoon!.
Nightlife: There are many excellent bars in Puerto Banus usually open until 4 am. The livliest bar is xs bar which is located in the Plaza de la Comedia in the second line behind Sinatras. The bar is usually full of Marbella’s crazy crowd and everything is possible from dancing on the tables through to the legendary Funnel of Doom which is a lethal drink usually reserved for hen and stag nights.
