The villa has its own PRIVATE POOL and GARDEN, wireless ADSL BROADBAND INTERNET and UK SKY HD SATELLITE TV with movies / sports/ children's / documentaries / news channels. This villa has plenty of character and rustic charm. Located on a quiet no-through road leading to the beach and ideal for children. MARBELLA is 5 minutes away by car/taxi/bus. The property also has a spacious sitting room/dining room area, large 60 m2 roof terrace that gets sun all day with views of La Concha mountain and the sea, off street secure parking, air conditioning/heating system in all rooms, fully furnished with all bed linen and towels provided. Gardener / pool cleaner visit weekly. This private villa is in the ultimate location. You cannot be in a detached villa, on the Golden Mile beach and be any closer to Puerto Banus than this villa.

The villa has one downstairs double bedroom with en suite bathroom/shower, two twin bed upstairs bedrooms plus bathroom/shower. A folding cot and high chair are stored in a cupboard. There is also a separate downstairs toilet with washbasin.

The villa driveway is entered through a large steel gate and the garden is bordered by an old thick hedge and stonewall. All of the downstairs windows have security grills. Cars can be parked on the driveway. The house, garden and driveway feel safe and secure. The villa's inside total area is 177 m2 plus there is a 60m2 roof terrace that gets sun all day. Garden/plot area is 470 m2.

The villa is located on the Golden Mile in Rio Verde Playa, an area that gets its name form the river runs down from the mountains to the sea. The villa is 5 minutes walk along the beach promenade to world famous Puerto Banus.

Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars. The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches, watersports and nightlife.

Flights fly to Malaga or Gibraltar Airport.

You can then get a taxi, hire car, train or bus from the airport to the villa. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airport to the villa.

From experience Malaga is usually the best airport to use. A taxi from Malaga airport to the villa costs about 60 euros depending on the time of day that you travel.
