The villa is on the one and only GOLDEN MILE, which runs between Puerto Banus and Marbella, in the urbanisation called Rio Verde Playa. Marbella is minutes away by car/taxi/bus. (Ignore other advertiser's false claims to be located on the Golden Mile or near Puerto Banus when they are in fact stuck up in the mountains or miles away). The villa is surrounded by a small, mature garden with PRIVATE POOL. This is an original Marbella villa, at least 40 yrs old, with character, not a modern box. Located on a very quiet no-through road of private villas leading to the beach, thus safe for children. The property benefits from a spacious sitting room/dining room area, a large roof terrace with views of the sea, La Concha mountain and Roman mosaics. The villa has off street car parking, an air-conditioning/heating system, Sky satellite television with films and is fully furnished with all bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A gardener/ pool cleaner and house cleaner visit weekly. This private villa is in the ultimate location being just by the beach and Puerto Banus. There are not any other detached villas on the Golden Mile and closer to Puerto Banus than this villa, so in simple terms you cannot stay in a detached villa, on the Golden Mile and be closer to Puerto Banus than this villa!! The beach directly by the villa is quite quiet with not too many people because the area is just off the main beach strip of Puerto Banus. It is unlikely you will ever be packed like sardines on the beach here. There are several beach bars / restaurants which provide excellent Spanish and English food. If you want the busy beach area then that is also very close as well. A management company is on-hand to take care of any needs or problems that might arise during your stay at the villa including services such as baby sitters.

The villa is located on the Golden Mile in Rio Verde Playa, an area that gets its name form the river runs down from the mountains to the sea. The villa is 5 minutes walk along the beach promenade to world famous Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars. The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches, watersports and nightlife.
How to get there
Flights fly to Malaga or Gibraltar Airport. You can then get a taxi, hire car, train or bus from the airport to the villa. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airport to the villa. From experience Malaga is usually the best airport to use. A taxi from Malaga airport to the villa costs about 60 euros depending on the time of day that you travel.

Further details indoors: The villa has one downstairs double bedroom with en suite bathroom/shower, two twin bed upstairs bedrooms plus bathroom/shower, a folding cot, high chair and a folding child's bed are also stored in a cupboard. There is also a separate downstairs toilet with washbasin. This makes a total of sleeping for EIGHT if the cot and folding child's bed are utilized, six if not. The villa driveway is entered through a large steel gate and the garden is bordered by an old thick hedge and stonewall. All of the downstairs windows have security grills. Cars can be parked on the driveway. The house, garden and driveway feel safe and secure. Villa inside total area 177 m2 plus there is a very large roof terrace. Garden/plot area 470 m2.
