The lounge is south orientated, marble floors, furnished with two leather sofas and decorated in light colours, dining area and satellite TV. There is a large sliding window leading to the main terrace of the apartment offering lovely views to the gardens and Sea, sun all day.

Conditions
A refundable dammages and/or breakages deposit of 300 € is required on arrival.
This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure if nothing has been dammaged or broken.
We require 30% of rental fee to secure the booking and the balance must be paid three weeks prior to arrival.
The Costa del Sol region
Costa del Sol is well known for its weather, with temperatures ranging between 15 to 25 degrees in the winter.
Marbella is an international holiday area where one may enjoy various types of food, entertainment and shopping is a pleasure.
There are various excursions you can take and plenty of cities to be visited such as Seville, Granada, Cordoba or Malaga. The area is well known for great golfing facilities and several tennis courts
The Puerto Banus area
The complex is located in Puerto Banus which is one of the largest sports harbours in Europe. The complex has 25.000m2 of mature tropical gardens and it is very conveniently located with direct access to the Puerto Banus and to the beach.
There is a great variety of restaurants, shops, boutiques, jewellers and discotheques etc all within a few minutes’ walk. The well known department store "El Corte Ingles" is also nearby and the Marina Banus shopping centre.
With all this nearby one does not need a car to enjoy he area. Within 10 minutes drive there are various golf courses and sports facilities. Right in Playas del Duque there is the luxury fitness centre which also has beauty facilities. In the summer, visit the international evening summer market.
