This apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, digital TV, stereo and hot/cold air-conditioning. The apartment has two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe. The lounge is 600 sq. feet and has a king size sofa bed, which means the apartment can sleep six people. Bedroom one has a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment comes with a parking space in the under ground garage which is accessed through an automatic garage door. There is a good sized terrace bringing the overall size of the apartment to almost 1600 sq. feet. There are both adults (2) and children's (1) swimming pools. One adults heated pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are only 4 steps to be negotiated between the apartment and the entrance to the complex. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants with in 100 mtrs and these include a proper full size supermarket.
Some attractions within easy driving distance are:Gibraltar for its duty free shopping. Benahavis.... A lovely Andalucian village with a great selection of restaurants and Ronda ..... A historical mountain town famous for its spectacular gorge. You can take a day Trip to Morrocco from the ferry terminal beside Gibraltar. There is also the Selwo safari Park,an experience to be enjoyed by all ages.
The following are several outstanding shopping areas to be explored.
La Canada Shopping centre. Marbella town centre, San Pedro town centre,El Court Ingles, Marina Banus, Hippercor, as well as the flee markets in San Pedro on Wednesdays and Puerto Banus Bullring on Saturdays.
You are located at the entrance to the area known as Golf Valley in Nueva Andalucia. It will take no longer than 5 minutes to drive to any of the nearby very popular courses of Aloha,Los Naranjos,La Quinta and Las Brisas. For somebody a little less serious about the game or easing into a holiday, the nine hole'La Dama De Noche' course is also very close by. You are with in a maximum one hour drive from another 25 quality courses stretching from Torrequebrada back towards Malaga, to Valderrama as you drive towards Gibraltar.
You will be provided with detailed instructions to get to the apartment from Malaga Airport. Our representative will meet you and show you to your apartment. Taxi transfer from the airport can also be arranged if you so desire. There is flexibility on arrival and departure times at the apartment subject to our need to prepare the apartment for other clients. If you are hiring a car we can reccommend a company that offers very attractive rates.

The Puerto Banus / La Maestranza area
Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella.This is the place to be pampered yacht-side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The area features a casino, commercial shopping centre,El Corte Ingles department store,marine observatory and every Saturday morning at the Bullring is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.Puerto Banus is the most famous marina in Spain, it does not have any industrial traffic and does not import or export any thing However what it does have is glitz.Several of the world renowned fashion houses are featured here in addition to small interesting shops and boutiques.Night life buzzes with your choice of alfresco bars,piano clubs and discos.
If you realy want to have a birds eye view of the marina's magnificent position, then there are regular boat trips available from the central promenade.The beach adjacent to Puerto Banus holds a European blue flag.

Booking Terms & Conditions
A non returnable 20% deposit by transfer is required to confirm
the booking.
Balance to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival but if booked within the 8
weeks, then the full amount will be due to confirm.
A £225.00 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 10 days
of the end of your holiday assuming no damage or excesses. The security
deposit will also be used if we face fines caused by your breaching of
the community rules. i.e. noise nuisances.We allow 4 hours cleaning time
after you have vacated, this is normally more than adequate to clean the
apartment when left in a reasonable condition.We reserve the right to deduct
Excess cleaning time over the 4 hours at a rate of £14 per hour from the
security deposit.
Electricity. An allowance of €2.50 per day is included in the price of the
apartment. This is more than adequate for a family of six with cooking,
showers, nominal air conditioning etc. Electricity is extremely expensive
in Spain so please do not leave the air con/heating running when the
doors are open and also when you go out for the day. We reserve the
right to deduct excessive electricity costs from the security deposit.
The apartments will be available from 17:00 hours on the day of your arrival
and must strictly be vacated by 10:00 on your departure date
(unless expressly agreed with us by prior arrangement). If no-one is in
there before / after you, we are very accommodating. It is a very large
apartment and the cleaners need several hours to make it ready. Excesses
past 10:00 if not agreed will be charged at £15.00 per hour or any
part of
We make every effort to ensure that the apartment is of the highest
standard and that all appliances and equipment function perfectly. In the
unlikely event of any appliance failure every effort will be made to re
place or repair it during your stay but this is the extent of our liability.
Your safety is extremely important and we make every effort to ensure
our apartment is perfectly safe. However, we can accept no liability for
any accidents occurring in the apartment or around the community. If you
have any special needs or concerns please advise us at the time of booking.
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance and we recommend you obtain
an E111 form from the post office
