This Fantastic accommodation is a Penthouse Duplex apartment in a residential complex. It is a fantastic location and comfortably furnished. The location, with its warm climate even out of season and its easy access to both the coast and the mountains, makes this property a great choice for anyone that likes a bit of variety on holiday.
The apartment is privately owned and set around three landscaped swimming pools, and only 10 mins walking distance to the beaches of Puerto Banus with a selection of restaurants and beach bars along the way.
The apartment is in an elevated position offering perfect views of the coastline. It sleeps 4 within 2 bedrooms . It comprises of one twin and one DB bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The Apartment has marble floors throughtout, full air condioning heating and a small roof terrace.

There is 1 DB bedroom on the top floor and one Twin bedroom on the ground floor both with there own bathroom.
The twin room has 2 single beds, with bedside table in the centre and DB wardrobes. There are patio doors leading out on to a small terrace and next door to the bedroom is bathroom 2.
The DB bedroom has a DB bed with bedside tables, and en suite bath/shower room. From this bedroom there is a small roof terrace with garden table and chairs and sunbeds.
The lounge has two large sofas with ample seating for 4 people, a coffee table, TV and a DVD player and an xbox. The dining area is within the lounge which has a table for 6 people. There is plenty of room around the table for a highchair. From the lounge there are 4 patio doors leading out on to the back terrace with table and comfortable chairs with a view out over the community gardens.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, mircowave and hob/oven. There is a door leading out to a samll terrace where you will find a washing machine.

The apartment complex is situated on a hill, the bottom gate to the community gives access directly on to the road leading you into Puerto Banus. There are quite a few steps this way through the community to reach the lower entrance. The top road is easier access from the apartment and is just a short walk to reach the same road. The location is perfect for the nightlife, bars and restaurants.
The Andalucia region
The beach front areas of Puerto Banus and along the coast, are lined with "Chiringuitos" which are family friendly beach restaurants, and some of the beaches have play areas for the children.
In the Summer months, you can take the family to visit the largest Aquapark on the Costa del Sol in Torremolinos, which is tots-aways family Friendly water park as they offer a friendly atmosphere and after your 1st visit you can go back at a fraction of the cost.
Also along the coast is the resort of Benalmadena, where the family can enjoy Paloma Park with birds,rabbits and peacocks roaming around the park area, there is also a lake with ducks (don't forget the bread), and at the top of the park is a small cafe and fantastic play area in sand for the little ones. Also accross the road from Paloma Park is Selwo Marina or perhaps take a tour on the mini train around Benalmadena
Close by the apartment on Saturdays in Centro Plaza is the weekly market selling designer handbags, sunglasses and shoes as well as flowers, fruit and local produce.
Puerto Banus is well known for the beautiful boats that moor in the marina as well as its nighlife. There are quite a choice of bars and restaurants with most of the bars in the second street and the restaurants on the front. In between the restaurants are the designer clothes shops and even Jimmy Choo shoes!
There is a good choice of beaches at Puerto Banus as they are either end of the port along with beach bars and restaurants with a selection of watersports.
Walking from the apartment in any direction will always lead you to a restaurant or a bar but none that you can hear from the apartment to interrupt a good nights sleep.

"Apartment is lovely!"
Apartment was very clean lot of mod cons and plenty of space, its a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a small balcony from the twin room. Large roof terrace from the main double bedroom and a large balcony from the sitting room with table and chairs. we had everything we needed in the apartment. it has air con, flat screen TV with plenty of channels, not that you would be watching TV much in Banus !
Its a good 15mins walk down hill to Banus Marina. not good in heels :) we often got a taxi which was only 5 euros.
The pool was very clean, only used it twice but we had no problem getting sun beds.
only downfall was that it had no wifi.
i would stay here again if i couldnt find another apartment closer to the centre of Banus.
