This luxury front line two bedroom ground floor apartment is ideally suited for golfers and families who are looking for luxurious and tranquil settings, set within beautifully landscaped Andalusia gardens.
It is situated between the 9th and 18th fairway, adjacent to the Club House with views of the Mediterranean and African Coast.
The championship 18 hole par 72 courses was designed by intentionality acclaimed golfer Seve Ballesteros, Los Arqueros is the golfers paradise. The clubhouse has a bar-restaurant, pro’s shop, gym and sauna, other activities include squash, and tennis, paddle tennis and a children’s play area.



Taylor Woodrow built our apartment to the highest standards, with marble floors thought the apartment. Hot and cold air conditioning and benefits from private car parking outside the apartment large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents.

Just over 5 minutes away you have the 5 star beach of San Pedro with its beautiful sandy beach and swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea. San Pedro has array of small shops with many restaurants and tapas bars.
