A bright and spacious luxury holiday apartment, conveniently located within walking distance of the Marina and Beach in Puerto Banus, and within minutes of the 'Golf Valley'. Sleeps up to 4 persons. Part of a private complex with 3 swimming pools including 2 children's pools, Tennis Court, 24hr Security, Underground secure car parking. Access is by lift or stairs, wheelchair / pushchair access throughout complex.

The apartment is luxuriously furnished in a modern Contemporary Style, and is fully equipped to meet your every need with LCD TV, Sky Card for English Channels, DVD, Stereo, Full Air Conditioning individually controlled in each room. Fully equipped Kitchen with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. Towels and Bed Linen are also provided

The apartment has a large terrace to the front with luxurious Patio Furniture, with views over the Mountains and Ocean. There are also 2 balconies to the Rear, one from the Kitchen and one from the Master Bedroom with views over the Pool area .

Conditions

If departure date is more than 6 weeks, we will require holding deposit of £250. If departure date is within 6 weeks, full payment will be required to secure booking.

A refundable damage deposit of £250 will also be payable with all bookings. This may be increased for larger groups. This will be held until your return, subject to a suitable inspection.

For stays of 5 days or less there will be a cleaning/laundry charge of £45 / 55 Euros added to the invoice

Extra cleaning/laundry can be requested during your stay for an extra £45 / 55 Euros per visit.

Puerto Banus is famous for its Glitz and Glamour. The Marina is a haven for luxurious Yachts, Super cars and numerous Designer Boutiques with many exclusives Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs to suit all tastes. Fly to Malaga Airport, then approx. 35-40 minutes drive by car. Transfers direct to and from the apartment can be arranged at cost of 65 Euros each way from our local representative. Alternatively Taxis are available outside for approximately 80 Euros.
