Furnished to a high standard, this apartment is perfectly situated for the bright lights of Puerto Banus (10-15mins walk) with its designer shops, beautiful beaches, top bars/clubs/restaurants and celeb spotting! Ten min drive from the centre of Marbella with its old town, festivals and colourful nightlife - you'll be spoilt for choice where to go!

The apartment is completely furnished down to a comprehensive collection of DVDs/CDs etc - maid service can be arranged (at a small extra fee) - the apartment also has full sky+ with a 52in wall mounted plasma t.v in sitting room, along with a 50in wall mounted plasma t.v in master bedroom and a 32in wall-mounted t.v in 2nd bedroom. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

The community has 3 pools, one childs heated pool, one small heated adult pool, and one full-size unheated adult pool, all surrounded by beautifully kept lush gardens and patrolled and looked after by 24hr security. There is an underground garage for residents available with rental, although parking on the quiet residential street outside the apartments is usually not a problem.

Nueva Andalucia is 10-15mins from the heart of Puerto Banus, home to celebs, top bars, designer shops, dozens of classy restaurants, and top clubs - worth a visit just to people watch and check out the classy cars! You are a ten min drive from the centre of Marbella home to Orange Square where you will find restaurants/bars all surrounded by orange trees laden with blossom and fruit and the resident wandering jazz player amusing the visitors. You're approx 1/1/2 hrs from Gibraltar home to the monkeys and extremely cheap electrical goods (cameras etc) visit the village of Casares, tiny sugar cube houses built on the side of the mountains.

The Puerto Banus / La Maestranza area

Every Saturday there is a huge market which is a 5min walk from the apartment - it is the biggest in the area and attracts literally hundreds of people - well worth a visit. The nearest beaches are located in Puerto Banus which is a ten-15min walk, (taxi's cost approx 3-5 euros) - the beaches are beautiful and one of the best is Plaza beach.
