About the home

This villa offers an ideal environment for a family holiday that caters for all ages. There are 4 bedrooms en suite on the top floor and a bedroom and shower room downstairs.
The lounge and other entertaining areas are very spacious with a wonderful kitchen with ample family eating area. As the villa is centrally located, your family and gusts can take a stroll to some fine restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities. It is situated in a gated community with guard. The garden is flat and has many different areas for outside entertaining. The pool is close to the house with easy access. There is underground parking in the garage and additional offstreet parking.

The Costa del Sol region

The villa is located in a very prestigeous area in the well renowned area of Golf Valley. There are at least 5 golf courses, driving ranges etc with a couple of minutes drive.The area has a wide selection of top restaurants and amenities to make your holiday comfortable and easy. The weather in this area is considered to be a micro climate, and offers the best weather in Europe with almost uninterrupted sunshine from May till September. The closest main attraction is the port of PUerto Banus which is well known for the beautiful yachts and beautiful people and great shopping.

The area offers a good night life and many beaches that are well cared for with facilities including beds and shades and restaurant facilities. There is a promenade that stretches from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara to the picteuresque village of Marbella, with it´s charming "Casco Antigua" old town. This promenade is ideal for walking, cycling etc.

The Puerto Banus / Aloha area

On a Saturday morning there is a open craft market which is well worth a visit. In June it is the national festival for Marbella which provides a good display of local culture, food and drink. Marbella is an ideal place to visit any time of the year as the weather can be simply wonderful in the winter too. The infrastructure and amenities are excellent in the area and highly sophisticated. Take a trip to Gibraltar and the three cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville are only two hours away. Malaga is worth a visit too.

Fly into Malaga airport. Great bus service direct from airport to Marbella then by taxi to villa or rent a car. I have always used Marbesol.
