within a 10/15 minute walk for beaches, shopping, entertainment, cafes and a good selection of restaurants. Local golf clubs are in very close proximity to this location.This property is very tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained with all mod cons. The master bedroom en suite, has its own patio door that leads onto the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds for double/twin occupancy. There is an additional full guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The living/ dining room is spacious with an abundance of natural day light. This leads on to a very spacious and private terrace with fabulous views of the mountains. The terrace is ideal for private sunbathing by day and al fresco dining in the evenings. This property is fully air-conditioned throughout. There are 4 communal swimming pools within the grounds of the complex along with communal gardens.
