About the home
The villa is very nicely furnished and is very spacious so is ideal for extended families or larger groups.
There is a nice living area with leather sofas, plasma TV, SKY TV and WIFI. There is a seperate dining area with access out onto the terrace and leading down to the garden and pool area.
The kitchen is large and is equipped with everything you would need for your holiday...all plates, glasses, utensils and of course BBQ equipment for cooking on the terrace.
The terrace is very large and we have seating for up to 15 easily.....perfect for a BBQ or having some friends over.
The Villa has a nice garden and private swimming pool.....we provide lots of sunbeds for sunbathing as well as beach towels and some kids games for the pool.
There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs ....all with double beds and all with ensuite bathrooms.
Downstairs we have a massive basement suite where you will find another 2 twin rooms and of course the Bar and TV area....
One of the houses best featurs is undoubtedly this downstairs ar with pool table and a seating/TV area.....this part of the house is also air-conditioned and is perfect for families with kids or teenagers who want some space of their own in the evenings. They can play pool on the full sized bar-room pool table....or watch TV on the large Plasma Screen.
This is a great house in a great location....we are sure you would love it here.

The villa is nicely furnished and comfortable. We supply all towels, beach towels bedding etc
The rooms upstairs are all dobles and en-suite....the rooms downstairs are just off the bar area and have 2 singles in each.
The pool room is very large and has a bar area, Pool table and sitting area with Plasma TV....all fully air-conditioned.

We have a nice private garden and private swimming pool....we supply plenty of sunbeds and a large BBQ for cooking outdoors.

We want you to enjoy the house but we simply ask that you keep noise to acceptable levels....espcially in the evenings as there are neighbours to consider.

We only need 20% now as reservation....the rest payable in cash on arrival.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol remains one of Europe's most popular destinations. The 100km coastline has some of the best Yachting marinas where there are plenty of sunny outdoor cafes and great shopping facilities and vibrant night-life after 10pm.
In the summer the beach clubs like NIkki Beach, Laguna Village and Ocean club are full with stylish holiday makers relaxing to Music from guest Djs and live bands.
For the more traditional there are great Chiringuito restaurants serving tapas, paella and great seafood at very affordable prices. We recommend Plaza beach, Heaven Beach and Bora Bora for the best food and entertainment......all are within a 10 minute drive of los Arqueros.
Puerto Banus and Marbella old town have great restaurants for fine dining and we recommend that you visit the beautiful little gastronomic town of Benahavis at least once.
There is much more to Marbella than beaches....If you get out and look for it you can find traditional Andalucia is not far away.
The Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus Centre area
Puerto Banus is one of Europe most popular tourist attractions. Here you will see beautiful yachts, shiny super-cars and elegant shops. You can walk the world go by from the waterfront cafes.
Those who look a little further will see that there is more to Banus and Marbella than just this however. There are fantastic local restaurants that offer excellent value and friendly bars and cafes just off the main drag are where locals and tourists mix that make for great evenings. There is live music, watersports, horse-riding and other great events happening on a daily basis.
