The apartment is tastefully decorated to the owners standards who use this property twice a year. The bedding is ultra comfortable and the living area is cosy and well equipped.

There are tennis courts available in the Tennis Club across the road. Deck chairs and showers are available at poolside. Pools are set in tropical gardens and are located to the south of the building.

Rental in July/August are for 1 week or longer.
Conditions
25% of rental rate to secure the booking, payable by credit card/bank draft or bank transfer.
Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival as well as refundable security deposit of €150.
The Costa del Sol region
The area is a micro climate which means that there is 320 days of sunshine per year. There are loads of golf courses nearby and not to forget to mention the chic boutiques and shops in the port of Puerto Banus.
Day trips to the quaint whitewashed mountain villages of Ronda, Banahavis and Mijas are a must.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Puerto Banus is a resort which is often frequented by the jet-set. It has many quaint shops and restaurants just a step away from the beach front where you are like to rub shoulders with the rich and famous. Easter is a good time to visit when the Feria (easter parades) take place.

The Locrimar 1 apartment was perfect for us. Great location, walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach there. Bus outside the gates to Estepona and Marbella. The apartment itself was lovely, just what you want on holiday. Pools at the apartment block were lovely as well! Would definitely recommend it!! |
