An exquisite penthouse apartment, with part sea and mountain views in a secure luxury beachfront development Underground car parking with lift access direct to the apartment..

Fully air conditioned and with under floor heating.

The lounge has a 60" inch Samsung flat screen TV, Home entertainment system,satellite TV and Hi Fi. There is also FREE WIFI and an IPOD dock. The Master bedroom is on the top floor with its own private sun terrace, widescreen satellite TV and music system. There are two further large sun terraces on that floor, one of which has a built in barbecue.(The BBQ is an optional extra) There is an outdoor jacuzzi in the master terrace upstairs. (This is an optional extra)

All bedrooms en suite, with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. The apartment is child friendly with a child's cot stair gate and a high chair for family meals.(The high chair and stairs gate and cot are optional extra)

Superbly equipped Siemens kitchen, the apartment is elegantly furnished throughout.

The development has indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, saunas, gym and lovely gardens. It has an extensive library with books and a collection of CDs and DVDs

A superb location for beach, golf, sightseeing, restaurants and nightlife (Puerto Banus and Marbella are a short drive).

A spacious, luxurious penthouse apartment. Three large terraces, fully equipped to maximise al fresco dining and sunbathing. Superb home cinema/satellite TV/music setup in lounge, with most facilities duplicated in the master bedroom. We have your comfort in mind so an initial supply of toiletries is provided. Internet access is available on request.

Surrounded by extensive gardens, with water features and two outdoor pools, the setting is delightful. The indoor pool, gym and saunas are added luxuries. The beach is just yards away, and beach restaurants are within walking distance. There is the Deli which equally provides cooked food including roast meat for meat lovers. Should you prefer something different, The Indian restaurant within the complex provides an excellent choice. There is a hair dresser and a beauty palour also on site. There is also a grocery shop on site for those necessary essentials. The renowned Tikitano restaurant is a short walk along the promenade. A short walk (to the left) along the beach you will find Heaven bar and restaurant which is open throughout the year except winter, and which provides live music and entertainment, watersports, manicures etc. as well as good food, beer and wine.There are other chiringuitos further along the beach. There is a registered 24hrs Taxi stand/service at the entrance of the development which is fantastic for those late nights of partying .If you are a cyclist, bikes could be hired from the bike shop at the entrance of the community. The number is available from our management company. The development is very secure with 24 hrours CCTV monitoring and electronic coded entry. Bliss hairdressers and Manicure and Pedicure ensure that in are in a Tip Top condition for those special evennings

Why can't I call Mrs Emily (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Mrs Emily (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mrs Emily (the owner) a message.

If Mrs Emily (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
