About the home

This is a superb first floor one bedroomed apartment situated very close to Puerto Banus. Equipped and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning for the summer months and warm air for the winter time. The living/dining area is large and airy and has a dining table and chairs together with a comfortable sofa. There is Sky satellite television, stereo music system with disc play, tape decks and a radio tuner. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all cooking/eating utensils. The bedroom has a double bed with side cabinets and is next to the bathroom which has a good size bath fitted with a shower overhead together with a sink, toilet and bidet.

The urbanisation has a large swimming pool situated in a well kept garden environment. The apartment is within very easy walking distance of the centre of Puerto Banus. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Conditions

Refundable breakage deposit of £200.00 (cash or guaranteed cheque) is required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and history. Many within easy reach of the area where the apartment is located. The trendy and famous Puerto Banus, with its bars, clubs and restaurants, is about a 10 minutes walk away. In winter, you can breakfast on your terrace and by lunchtime you can be ski-ing on the Sierra Nevada Mountains near to Granada. Many of the famous golf courses are nearby and children (and adults!) can enjoy a day at the Selwo Safari Park. Gibraltar, with its history and tax free shopping is only 40 minutes drive away and a spectacular sight to see (don’t forget to take your passport with you). Ronda and the many surrounding white Andalucian villages have great historic interest and give an insight to the ‘real’ Spain. All along the Costa del Sol, there are safe and clean beaches. A visit to the town and beach of Tarifa, just beyond Gibraltar, is well worth it, especially if you are a keen windsurfer/kite boarder.

The Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus Centre area

Puerto Banus is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night. There is a multi screen cinema, with at least one film a week in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.

From major airports, you can fly to Malaga or Gibraltar. From either of these airports, it is approx 30-40 minute drive to Lorcrimar, Puerto Banus on the A-7 coastal road or AP-7 toll road. You can hire a car (we can organise this for you), take a taxi, catch a bus or USE OUR OWN AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE (maximum of eight passengers) that will take you directly to your accommodation. A map and full directions to the apartment from the airport will be sent to you prior to your arrival date and you will be personally met to be shown the apartment, help with any information you need and pass over the keys.
