Beautiful 3 bed duplex apartment with marble floors and air conditioning. The large outside terraces provide excellent opportunities for sociable al fresco dining with family and friends. There is superb views of La Concha Mountain and Puerto Banus. The apartment has TV, DVD player and a music system. English channels include SKY news, BBC 1, 2 & 3, Channel 4 and ITV, particularly good for those evenings when you just want to chill or for a little bit of relaxation before you go out for a meal.
Sitting Room: consists of 2 leather couches, coffee table, 2 additional arm chairs and table and glass cabinet. It also has a TV, DVD Player and CD Player. Sliding doors lead directly to an extensive front terrace that capture magnificent views of Puerto Banus.
Main Front Terrace: Consists of dining table and chairs. Comfortable sofa, cushioned arm chairs and glass table for those relaxing afternoons and evenings. There are spectacular views of La Concha Mountain and the Mediterranean sea.
Master Bedroom: 1 double bed, bed side night stands, dressing table, built in wardrobes. This room offers a private terrace which has table and chairs for those early morning coffees.
Bedroom 2: Single beds x 2 and 1 pull out bed along with bed side night stand, dressing table and built in wardrobes. This bedroom also has a private terrace with beautiful views of Puerto Banus.
Bedroom 3: (Downstairs) comprises of 1 single bed and 1 pull out bed along with bed side night stands, built in wardrobes and dressing table. This bedroom has a beautiful private terrace.
The apartment has two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs).
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and dish washer. The washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes line are contained on the terrace which leads directly off the kitchen.
The lift has direct access to the pool areas and the underground car park.
Can accommodate a 7th person at no additional cost.

The refundable breakages deposit of €150 is payable in advance and will be returned to you within one week. We will inspect the property upon immediate termination of the rental.
50% (non refundable) of the price is payable on booking to secure the holiday and the balance is payable within 8 weeks of departure. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks the full price is payable immediately.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

The Costa del Sol region
This area of Spain has a lovely climate. Close to the apartment is the Buill Ring which has been totally renovated and there are plans to show concerts, plays and other events.
You can take a trip to the countryside and visit the white villages such as Ronda and Casares or why not travel to Granada and visit the beautiful Alhambra Palace,or in Malaga there is he Picasso Museum.
Sthere are plenty of shops bars and clubs abound of good taste and quality.
Even Portugal is only a couple of hours away.
The whole area has a miriade of golf courses dotted along this whole coast.
A visit to Ben Havis for lunch or a special occasion would be a real taste of Spain.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Close by the apartment on Saturdays in Centro Plaza is the weekly market selling designer handbags, sunglasses and shoes as well as flowers, fruit and local produce.
Puerto Banus is well known for the beautiful boats that moor in the marina as well as its night-life. There are quite a choice of bars and restaurants. This is a shoppers paradise.
There is a good choice of beaches at Puerto Banus as they are either end of the port along with beach bars and restaurants with a selection of watersports.
The walk from the apartment to the Port is lined with shops, restaurants and bars. There is a Supermercado within 5 minutes of the apartment for all your needs.

Fly direct to Malaga from any European destination. Low fares airlines fly daily to Malaga airport. It takes approximately 40 minutes to travel to Puerto Banus. Buses depart from Malaga airport to Marbella daily on a very regular basis and then its a short taxi ride or bus journey to Puerto Banus. There is an abundance of car hire companies at the airport if you would prefer to travel around during your vacation.
