This spacious 3-bed house has a premium corner location within the exclusive Los Naranjos de Marbella complex - located just 1 mile from the glamourous and famous Puerto Banus Port , also within easy reach (10 minute drive) is Marbella town centre.

The house is perfectly located next to a fantastic pool area , of which the house also has its own secluded and walled garden with own private gate , the first floor balcony offers a seating area for those long summer nights to sit and relax .

The Costa del Sol region

It is one hours drive to Malaga and Gibraltar. There are lots of beatiful and historical “white villages” within a half-hours drive of our property and there are spectacular views over Costa. Benahavis is one of these villages and is renowned for its outstanding and inexpensive restaurants, being only 20 minutes away.

Marbella is the largest town in the area and it is accessible within a 10 minute drive. We would recommend a visit, especially to the picturesque old town to have a browse in the lovely shops in the alleyways, have a drink or meal in the relaxing Orange Square, and to walk along the promenade where there are scores of restaurants.
2 hours away are the beautiful towns of Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Grenada, where you can visit the Alhambra Palace and in the winter practice your skiing and snowboarding at Europe’s most southerly ski resort.

The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area

Los Naranjos is only 1 kilometre away from Puerto Banus,, which is only a 15 minute walk. This three bedroom townhouse is set in a quiet residential complex, walking distance from Puerto Banus where there aredesigner shops, supermarket, bars, cinema and restaurants.

With its micro-climate (being protected by the Sierra Blanca mountain range and La Concha peak, this provides an average of over 300 days of sunshine per year (we can vouch for this, having been sunbathing on our balcony during December in over 25 degrees heat).

Thsi area is perfect for any golf enthusaists, with over 50 courses all accessible. There is even a 24 horus course in the area, the “Dama de Noche” which is only a 3 minute walk away.

Other local activities include riding, walking, climbing, watersports, water parks, and the Selwo Safari Park at Estepona is within a 20 minute drive. There is also a marine observatory, multi-screen cinema and casino close to the town, with a big open market outside the Bull Ring in Nueva Andalucia, which is only a 5 minute drive away.

Local bus stops are close an taxis are also relatively cheap.

From Malaga Airport the property is approx a 45 min drive by car , head south towards Gibralter/Algeciras on the A-7 (Used to be the N-340) OR the AP-7 toll road. Take the first exit for Puerto Banus and at the roundabout turn right. Keep on this road, going straight over the roundabouts until you see an arch with Los Naranjos de Marbella.Pass through this archway and take first right .

BY BUS:
A bus is available from outside the terminal building at Malaga airport which goes directly to the Marbella bus station. Tickets cost approximately €5 per person. From here, the apartment is less than a 10 minute drive and taxis are readily available from the front of the Marbella bus station.

Flights are easily available from the UK into Malaga with Easyjet, BMI baby, Monarch, BA and RyanAir.
Car hire can be found inside the Malaga Airport terminal building which include Hertz and Helle Holis.

“Immaculate, Beautiful, spacious villa and great location.” Immaculate, Beautiful and spacious end terrace 3 storey villa located next to pool. 3 spacious bedrooms. Spacious living area and balconies. Great for families and couples. Great location. 15 min walk from Puerto Banus or centre. Bus stop and supermarket nearby. I was here with my kids and parents and we all loved the property, complex, location and resort. We would definitely rent this property again. RATES INCLUDE provision for linen & end-of-stay cleaning of the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required (with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival). For bookings that are made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment would be required. Refunds will be available if we are able to re-let the dates to another client. Standard check-out time on departure day is 10:30am. Check-in time on arrival from 3pm.

A £250 refundable deposit is also required 8 weeks before arrival to cover any damage to contents. This will be refunded within 5 days after departure if no damages.
