This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has been thoughtfully renovated and intuitively designed to maximise its potential. The contemporary kitchen and dining area are fully equiped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday and the cosy living area, complete with modern fireplace, leads onto a sunny terrace fitted with an awning for shade if required.
The apartment is set amongst tropical gardens and the whole development has a Spanish 'pueblo' village feel about it that is both charming and pretty. At the centre of the development is the large pool area and there are also tennis courts at your disposal.
The development is conveniently located just a short walk away from Puerto Banus, famous for its beach, shops, restaurants, casino, exciting nightlife and of course the yachts moored in its harbour. Andalucia Garden Club is ideally located so you can enjoy the delights of a busy port by day or night and relax in the peace and tranquility of the complex when needed.
Just outside Andalucia Garden Club, next to the bull ring, is the Central Plaza commercial centre boasting a supermarket and a large selection of bars and restaurants for a more relaxing evening. On a Saturday morning the area is transformed by the Puerto Banus market that stretches up from the port to Central Plaza. A car is not essential if you don't wish to drive.
The town of Marbella is just a 10 minute drive to the east where you can experience the little cobbled streets of the Old Town and relax in Orange Square or walk along the Paseo Maritimo and stop off for lunch in one of the Spanish 'chirunguito' beach bars.
To the west of Marbella there is the typically Spanish town of San Pedro which you can take a long walk to along the beach and further down the coast you will find Estepona with its charming port.
There is a wealth of golf courses all within easy reach from Dama de Noche, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas just a few minutes drive away to the challenging Los Arqueros and Atalaya just 10 minutes away.
The apartment and its ideal location make this the perfect holiday for couples, families and golfers.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.
Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.
Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card.
Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol, and in particular the cosmopolitan town of Marbella, remain the Mediterranean's most popular hotspots for travellers looking for any type of holiday. Andalucia Garden Club is ideally placed for those wanting to relax by the pool or energetically tour the golf courses of the Costa del Sol, the shops and restaurants in old towns of Estepona, San Pedro and Marbella, the bars and clubs (and people watching!) in Puerto Banus, horse racing in Mijas, polo in Sotogrande or even the history and culture of the many traditional towns and cities in the surrounding area: Ronda, Granada, Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Seville - to name but a few. Gibraltar also has a lot to offer with its historical monuments, tax free shopping, cable car and, of course, the monkeys. Please don't forget your passport though! There's also plenty to do for the children with cable ski, aqua parks, wildlife parks, zoos, aquariums, theme parks and, of course, miles of beaches!

Never more than 30 mins away are activities, including theme parks, go-karting, zoos and waterparks -pefect for children and adults alike. The apartment is just 40 minutes from Malaga airport. Andalucia Garden Club is well known for its well maintained pools & gardens and just a leisurely stroll from the gates takes you into Puerto Banus, famous by day for its exclusive boutiques and the stunning boats moored in it´s harbour and world famous by night for its exciting nightlife and amazing restaurants.

The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 40 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment. Private transfers can be arrnaged on request.
