This lovely apartment has a Fantastic view of the surrounding area and is secured in a private gated community. It boasts a large balcony and pool and is set in a quiet area in a small complex. Perfect for relaxing!

The apartment is in a gated complex of 67 apartments with security. the apartment is on a high level overlooking the swimming pool and with views over a vast area. the balcony has two lounges table to seat 6 and a 6 seater plus 2 1-seater couches. There is a small walkway from the street to the apartment.
The apartment is located approximately 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus.

The Costa del Sol region

Puerto Banus is a fashionable resort with designer shopping and a beautiful marina. You can sit and watch the luxury cars and boats as you enjoy a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants that surround the marina area. The climate is excellent all year round and winter breaks are popular because of this.

There are many places of interest if you want to venture out of the local area. Trips to the beautiful old towns of Mijas, Ronda and Ojen are recommended where you will find cobbled streets and great al fresco dining. In the winter months you can even ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The Puerto Banus / Las Tortugas de Aloha area

Las Tortugas is situated on a hill above Puerto Banus in the Nueva Andalucia area. It has spectacular views to the coast and beyond. It is mainly a quiet residential area with restaurants and supermarkets along the short route down to the town.

All types of beach activities can be found in the region together with watersports and sailing. There are many golf courses to choose from and plenty of nightlife particularly in the marina area.
