With 6 bedrooms (3 x Doubles, 2 x Twin and 1 x Single) this villa not only has size and space it is also extremely well finished.

The property has its own private swimming pool, Rooftop Sun Terrace and BBQ Area.

There are 2 lounges both with Flat Screen TVs with Sky. There are 5 Bathrooms with a good selection of baths and showers including a Jacuzzi Bath and also a Disco Shower.

There are also 2 Fully Fitted kitchens that have everything you need to be able to eat in if required. There is also a dedicated drinks fridge to keep all your liquid refreshments at perfect temperature.

This Villa has all the features for you to just sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The Costa del Sol region

“Great villa, great location.” Just back from a great week staying here with our family and 8 year old niece. We all loved our stay and would recommend it for a lovely break in the sun. The villa is lovely, plenty of room for us all and great pool and sun terrace area. It is based in a residential area but being detached you don't need to worry about neighbours. The good thing is it looks exactly like the photos so no surprises when we arrived! From start to end, dealing with James and the team at Lovebanus has been a breeze. They are very quick to respond to anything and ensured that we had a great relaxed time. We were picked up at the airport by an English speaking shuttle company and the same for departure. Nothing to worry yourself about at all. As for the area around the villa. There is a taxi rank approximately 10 minutes walk away, there are quite a few hills in the area so bear that in mind when factoring in the walking.We didn't hire a car and didn't have a problem at all. You can walk to the port in about 15mins and a taxi back was about €8-10. There is a small supermarket about 10 mins walk away or larger ones that you can get to by taxi easy enough. The H10 Andulica Plaza is again about 10mins walk away, with a few bars and restaurants facing it if you want to stay closer for a night out. We tried the local Italian and Asian and would recommend both. Loved our time here and would definetly return!

“Perfect Holiday - A Home from Home.” We booked this apartment for a holiday for myself, my partner, my daughter (age 2) and her grandparents for a week and we are delighted we did. The apartment was clean, spacious, and more importantly for me child friendly. The pool has a raised edge so there was no chance of my daughter tripping and falling in which when booking a holiday is always a worry of mine. The patio area and sun loungers are perfect for all ages, my daughter could sleep on the large sun lounger in shade during nap time whilst myself and my partner enjoyed the sun and the pool. The decor and layout of the apartment is perfect for a family, you can spend your time in the day on the roof top terrace or patio area, or in the extremely spacious kitchen/diner which directly backs onto the pool area. In the evening, to settle my daughter down we spent time in the comfortable living area where there are squashy sofas and English TV, this was ideal…my daughters night time routine wasn't disturbed; she could still have her dose of in the night garden before bed, and then we could enjoy the evening with BBQ's on the patio, in ear shot of my daughters bedroom. The beach is close by for a change of scenery and there are plenty of child friendly bars and restaurants to visit, we didn't have any trouble. The restaurants are more than happy to accommodate and would cook up anything my daughter wanted for dinner on request. All the restaurants we visited had highchairs and changing areas. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family, Nothing was too much trouble for James, he was always willing to help and recommended many amazing child friendly restaurants which we would have not have known about without his knowledge of the area. A perfect holiday... we can't wait to go back!!

“Six Happy Golfers” This was the first time we stayed in the Patio Apartment and it was first class. Loads of room for the six of us and it was fantastic having our own swimming pool and sun terrace. It's in a perfect location for golf, beach and nightlife and we enjoyed all of it. I booked the apartment through www.lovebanus.com I would recommend you book through these guys as they were on hand to advise us what the best golf courses were to play and the best bars to go to. We have already book the Patio Apartment for 2012.

“Amazing, it couldnt have been better!” We went for my friends Hen do so we were looking for something special. This apartment was incredible. There were 10 of us girls and the apartment was spacious with very modern decor. When we arrived it felt so homely, place was spotless and we all had smiles on our faces. All the bedrooms were big, bathrooms with very upt o date fittings, including a jacuzzi in one room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was gorgeous with lots of sun beds and cushions to lie onthe patio, including an upstaires patio which was great for sunbathing. Love Banus added a few little touches, information leaflets about nearby things to do, take aways and nearby restaurants. We were greeted promptly on arrival and were welcomed into the apartment. We also felt we could call upon Love Banus at any time for assistance, which to be fair was mainly questions like how to get here and there.. Couldnt have asked for anything else in the 5 days we stayed there. We found ourselves not even wanting to leave the apartment on some days and were sad to leave. Highly recomend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Marbella.. Cant wait to go back next year!

“Fantastic Stress free Holiday” We travelled through lovebanus.com. The customer care we received from start to finish was great, having all the accomodation/flights and transfers arranged for us, and any questions we had we answered promptly. Lovebanus ensured all our needs were catered for from transfers to reccomending resturants/bars and day trips. Once out in Banus the apartment itself was even better than we expected. Everything was immaculately clean, with everything you needed for a self catering holiday, and even a bbq on the patio next to the pool area. The master bedroom had air con with ensuite bathroom which had a jacuzzi bath and seperate shower and everything in the apartment had the wow factor. The apartment was situated just a short walk from everything we needed for our holiday. There was a great cocktail bar just 5 mins walk from the apartment and a few restuarants, and the casino just 10 min walk. A little further down was the beach and then the port which was around a 15-20min walk and taxis were reasonable at around 10 euros if you didnt fancy the walk. All in all there was nothing that I would have changed. Brilliant holiday I would reccomend to anyone.
