Its first floor position affords ample views of the sea and the gardens from the spacious balcony, perfect for summer dining. The generous open plan living / dining area is great for those not so warm evenings.
The American style kitchen is a good size and equipped with all the mod-cons and benefits from a view overlooking the pool in the neighbouring complex. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with plenty of room for all the Marbella/Puerto Banus shopping bags. Only the double bedroom and living room has A/C.
The complex itself is gated, with 24 hour security, beautiful communal gardens and pools (including a kids pool). It is located opposite the Centro Plaza Mall and a mere ten-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus. Its central location near all amenities makes a car superfluous. The apartment is ideal for families and golfers alike, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas, whether you want a relaxing or a more active holiday.

The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The whitewashed villages of Andalucia are impressive historical monuments in themselves, and their people still live according to age-old traditions, inherited from their Iberian, Roman and Moorish forefathers.
Many of the villages near the coast have become fashionable resorts, while still conserving their ancient charm, whereas others, lost in the highlands of Andalucia, remain rough and ready olive-farming towns, with a special appeal for the adventurous travellers.
Some of the best villages to explore are only half a day's car ride from the Costa del Sol, including Casares, Gaucin, Manilva, Benahavis, Istan, Ojen, Monda, Coín and Tolox.
From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a spit, fried fish and the incomparable paella. There are also two large parks in Marbella which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book.
The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays in the summer. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for world class tennis, sailing and golf. There are also three pleasure craft harbours here.
The Puerto Banus / Andalucia Garden Club area
Andalucia Garden Club is located in Nueva Andalucia, less than 10 minutes drive from 5 golf courses including Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos. Puerto Banus is a ten-minute stroll away and it is a shoppers paradise with its department store, Corte Ingles, high street stores: Zara and Mango, and designer stores: Gucci, Armani, Jimmy Choos. During the summer there is a daily market on the Antonio Banderas Square in the middle of Puerto Banus.
Closer to home you will find Centro Plaza (a shopping centre) with restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. The weekly Saturday market is literally on your doorstep to the left, where you can buy your fresh fruit, flowers and whatever else takes your fancy.

During July & August only 2 week bookings.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).
We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.
Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.
Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
