Los Naranjos is a residential complex, build in the typical low rise Andalucian white villages style. The apartment belongs to the most spacious 2-bedroom apartments in the development. It is the ideal location to enjoy the famous Costa del Sol microclimate which allows temperatures up to 20º in wintertime. You are close to all amenities and restaurant and supermarket are on walking distance. Just around the corner is a bus stop with connection to Puerto Banus. Los Naranjos is a jewel in the middle of the golf valley. The apartment offers space and comfort and is equipped for max. 4 adults. The livingroom overlooks the beautiful gardens and the 2 pools on appr. 40 m. The modern kitchen offers all facilities you may expect (see below) The sun protected terrace invites for breakfast and to close the day with a BBQ and a good glass of wine. The beautifully maintained sub-tropical gardens invite for a daily walk through the development. Pools, gardens, fountains, tennis or paddle make your stay in Los Naranjos unforgettable. Parking place is always available in front of the apartment.

You will meet the same "famous and rich" on the huge market on Saturday, close to the bullring of Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia. Los Naranjos is the ideal location for a long-stay winter holiday. The micro climate in the Marbella region raises temperature in wintertime easily to 20º C. and the Costa del Sol offers numerous opportunities to make your long-stay unforgettable. How to get there
Most of our guests are travelling by plane to Malaga Airport. (The distance from airport to our apartment is appr. 60 km.) Recommended airlines: Virgin, Ryan Air, Easy Jet. In the airport premises and in the immediate surroundings you will find numerous car rental companies. As a homeowner we have concluded a special carrental agreement with 2 rental companies. This agreement allows us 15% discount on the standard rental rates and our guests can benefit from this agreement. (For those not wanting to rent a car we have a transportation facility available through our local keyholder and includes transportation from and to the airport). A detailed route description from the airport to our apartment will be transmitted after reservation.

Further details indoors: The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated in a classic style. All rooms have marble floors.The spacious livingroom with comfortable sofa and 2 arm chairs and fire place create a feeling of cosy well-being. Modern and completely equipped kitchen with table and chairs allowing breakfast for 2. Spacious bedrooms contribute to a well earned night's rest. Cot and highchair are available on request. Satellite as well as cable TV with English TV stations.

Further details outdoors: The spacious living room (with fire place) provides access to the main terrace (with terrace furniture and BBQ) which is sunny in wintertime but sun protected in summer. From this terrace you have a view on the 2 pools (40 m.) and beautifully landscaped gardens. From the kitchen you have access to the utilities area/terrace, having sun from the morning till late in the afternoon. The guests bedroom has a private, not furnished, terrace with view on the Sierra Blanca. In front of the apartment you will always find plenty of parking space. Tennis and paddel court is only a 100 m. walk, reservations can be made in the Club House. In front of the Club House is a children's's playground.

Our local keyholder (living in Los Naranjos) is always available to meet your wishes and/or requirements. In the apartment you will find a binder with information regarding daytrips, restaurants, markets and important phonenumbers. Sunbeds are available in the apartment and must be removed from the pool area when leaving this area. The pools are open all year.
Conditions
We consider your booking as confirmed after receipt of the 40% first instalment. This 40% is due upon reservation. The remaining 60% + deposit + cleaning is due 4 weeks prior to start of your holiday. Refundable deposit € 250, to be refunded within 1 week from departure. End cleaning € 70

A perfect environment for children with plenty of things to entertain them. And most importantly not too far away from Puerto Banús for lots of shopping and fun. We've had a great time and we certainly are coming back.
