Available all year round. Spacious town house in quiet peaceful complex . It is a corner site surrounded by a stunning garden with a large area laid in traditional paving bordered by trees ,shrubs and flowers. The area is secure for children due to entrance gates.There are two sun terraces.The community swimming pool is next to the house and is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols within a secure and beautifully laid out garden. It is only 5 mins walk to La Dame da la Noche, a 24 hour floodlit golf course and the complex is bordered by the Marbella Golf Academy with driving range,pitching and putting greens. The house is 45 minutes from the airport. It is a 15min walk or 5min drive to Puerto Banus or if bus, bus stop round the corner from house. Parking in the town is easy with two large underground car parks.It is a 10 minute walk from the house to a 24 hour supermarket.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
All year round area.Spring (up to 25 degrees C) and autumn (20 degrees or more) are great for golfers. Summer is hot (30 degrees or more). Marbella is 6 kms away with 27 kms of coast divided into 24 beaches. Gibraltar is a 45mins drive away and from here day trips to Morrocco are available. The beautiful mountain town of Rhonda with the El Tajo gorge is 40 minuites away.The city of Malaga (40 mins drive) has many moorish sites to visit, along with the Picasso museum, shops and restaurants. The town of Marbella has a beautiful old quarter full of squares and churches to visit.
Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
Puerto Banus is one of the most fashionable resorts in Southern Spain. There is a busy marina with impressive yaghts, restaurants and bars. In the town itself some of the finest clothes stores with designer labels can be found. Boat trips are available from the Marina.The large department store El Corte Inglesis situated in the middle of the town. There are also a number of gymnasiums here.Golf clubs suuround the town e.g.La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha. In the summer camps are run for children e.g.in the International School at Aloha College.There are water sports, horse riding and tennis clubs. Beaches nearby provide water sking banna boats pedaloes and sunbeds with restaurants and bars at close hand. There is something for everyone at Puerto Banus.

Fly to malaga. Los Naranjos de Marbella is 50 kms from the airport along the N340 auto pista. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Level 1 has an entrance hall, wc, open plan sitting room with dining room leading to outside terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Level 2 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sun terrace. Bedroom 1 has double bed, 2 double built in ward robes, en suite bathroom with sun terrace. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with a double built in wardrobe with sun terrace Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with built in wardrobe.Level 3 has a rooftop sun terrace. The house is equipped with Tv with Sky, DVD, CD player, wall safe. Linen and towels including beach towels provided with a welcome pack on arrival.

Conditions
On reservation a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings that are made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required. Refunds will not be given unless we are able to re-let the dates to another client in which case a £50 administration fee will be charged before returning a cheque for the balance. A £250 refundable deposit will be asked for on arrival to cover any damage to contents which will be refunded 14 days after departure if no damages are recorded.

The townhouse was very comfortable and extremely well equipped.The place was spotless. We were surprised when after a week the beds were stripped and remade and we were provided with clean towels as we thought this was an "extra"and also that "towels" meant beach/pool towels as well.
