A modern and spacious ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that can sleep up to six with a king size bed, 2 single beds (with zip lock mattress which can form a double), and a double sofa bed.
Within the fantastic urbanisation of La Maestranza, which is set in pretty terraced gardens, there is a heated swimming pool from the end of October until May, another pool which is 20mts long with sun loungers. Both larger pools have changing rooms/toilet facilities. There is also a smaller children´s pool.
The apartment has been newly renovated and with all the creature comforts of a home away from home, such as a flat screen tv with satellite, dvd/ cd player with ipod dock, WIFI capability, a/c & heating, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The complex of La Maestranza is set in pretty terraced gardens. There is standard 24hr security and the community is gated and so is safe for children.

This ground floor apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The doors open onto a large sunny terrace. The guest room has 2 single beds which can be zipped to make a double. It also features a double sofa bed. This rooms also has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have air conditioning/heating. All bathroom towels and bedding are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The dining table, lounge seating and terrace seating are for 6 guests.

Guests at La Maestranza have the choice of 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated and one specifically designed for children. These are all situated in the pleasant, well kept communal gardens which have a nice selection of Mediterranean plants.
The development is a gated property and within the security of the development there secure underground parking with access via a remote control for one car which is particularly useful in the heat of summer.
The apartment is located 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, a 15 minute walk from Puerto Banus and a minute from Mercadona Supermarket, Cafes & Restaurants of Nueva Andalucia.
La Maestranza is also ideally situated in Golf Valley with Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha & Dame de Noche Golf Courses all being within a 10 minute drive
The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol is one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations, with great climate throughout most of the year. It offers some of Spain’s best golf courses along with other sports facilities such as water sports, horse riding, tennis, fishing etc.
The vibrant nightlife of the Costa del Sol is well known and its fine restaurants are in abundance.
Marbella’s Old Town offers a part of history, with its cobbled streets and quaint little shops.
There is no shortage of beaches for whatever you desire, whether it be for the children, water sports or a fun party day or night out.
The Puerto Banus / La Maestranza area
The apartment at La Maestranza is a 5 minute walk from Centro Plaza that on Saturdays from 10am-2pm, holds the local market where you can buy silver jewellery, leather handbags and gifts to take home. There is also a range of cafes and restaurants to choose from as well as another supermarket.
The glamorous Puerto Banus is a 10-15 minute walk and is famous for its big boats and flash cars. Its exclusive restaurants, bars and nightlife are a must for anyone visiting on holiday. There are plenty of shops from designer brands to shopping centers such as Marina Banus and the popular department store El Corte Ingles. The Antonio Banderas Plaza also features a popular Moroccan market which is open until mid-night throughout the summer season. For those with the energy there are a number of nightclubs to choose from including Tibu, China Whites (previously Dreamers) and Olivia Valere which are open until the early hours of the morning.

BY CAR:
From Malaga Costa del Sol Airport, head south towards Gibralter/Algeciras on the A-7 (Used to be the N-340) OR the AP-7 toll road. Take exit 174 sign posted for Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia and keep to the left hand side which will lead up to a roundabout. Go straight over this roundabout and keep going straight on at any further roundbabouts. You will pass the bull ring and also Central Plaza on your right, which is a small commercial centre. At the next roundabout you will see the Pasta Cafe and you will need to bear to the right of this. La Maestranza is located on the left hand side of this road and the underground parking is the first one you come to, before the Mercadona supermarket.
BY BUS:
A bus is available from outside the terminal building at Malaga airport which goes directly to the Marbella bus station. Tickets cost approximately €5 per person. From here, the apartment is less than a 10 minute drive and taxis are readily available from the front of the Marbella bus station.
Flights are easily available from the UK into Malaga with Easyjet, BMI baby, Monarch, BA and RyanAir.
Car hire can be found inside the Malaga Airport terminal building which include Hertz and Helle Holis.

In September 2011 we stayed with a group of 4 students. The apartment was fantastically decorated and furnished and the owner and agent were most helpful with sorting out any problems that arose. The apartment complex itself was secure and very relaxing with a choice of pools and convenient underground parking. There are also multiple supermarkets and good restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment making the stay much more relaxing. As a group of students we were very interested in the town nightlife in puerto banus, its an easy 10-15 minute walk down to the port and the beach and there are many reasonably priced restaurants and bars down there. All in all we really enjoyed the week and look forward to coming back as soon as we can!' |

An initial Deposit of 40% will be required at time of booking. In case of cancellation, any rental paid less Initial Deposit prior to eight weeks of the arrival date will be refunded.
The remaining 60% to be paid within eight weeks prior to arrival. Int the case of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to the arrival date we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit and the rental but refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. In these circumstances we will refund the Rental (less the Initial Deposit if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the property).
A key/breakage deposit of €300 will be required with the final payment and refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure providing no damage has been caused to the property.
Payment by Paypal or wire transfer. Also most major credit cards are accepted, except American Express.
