This luxury apartment is air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout, a large lounge/dining room with white leather suite, dining table for 6 that leads out to a spacious south facing terrace that overlooks exciting Puerto Banus and its marina, streets and vibrant nightlife. All rooms are double glazed so no noise inside the apartment!
WiFi throughout the apartment and lounge is equipped with a large flat screen TV with SATELLITE channels, a VGA cable for laptop to TV and an iPod/iPhone dock sound system. Bedrooms also have the latest flat screen TV's.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with en-suite bathroom with large corner bath, glass sinks etc. Bedroom 2 is sumptuous with twin beds that can be pushed together if required and a sensuous en suite bathroom with 'his and hers' showers! Both bedrooms have large, new fitted wardrobe/cupboards.
The kitchen is superbly equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine etc.
There is lift access to the apartment.

The area around Puerto Banus has everything you could want to make your holiday varied and interesting. The town of Marbella presents both the old and new faces of the Costa del Sol and is just a 10 minute drive along the famous Golden Mile, which has more fine beaches, restaurants, bars and great shopping. El Casco Antigo, Marbella's charming Old Town, is a warren of whitewashed streets with authentic tapas bars and is a vibrant place to visit day or night. And don’t miss Marbella’s famous Orange Square!
Further afield you can easily reach the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or take a bit longer and go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Med to Tangiers. The quaint seaside fishing town of Nerja along the coast is another ‘must see’ as are Andalucia’s scenic mountains and, in winter, the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada just 2 hours away.
The Puerto Banus area
Puerto Banus is the chic, fashionable port for the rich and famous to pose on their mega-yachts. 'People-watching' can be a fascinating pastime and here is probably one of the best places in the world to do it! Lining the marina are lively restaurants and tapas bars for all tastes and budgets, fashion shops and, of course, there's the vibrant nightlife.
But Puerto Banus is not all glitz - it has great sandy beaches on both sides of the port as well as many great golf courses nearby. And there are also countless other things to do e.g. water park, safari park, zoo, casino, bullring and private beach clubs for those champagne lunches with freshly caught seafood!

This luxurious apartment is right in the heart of Puerto Banus and just 35 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway. Either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment.
There is also a bus service.
Airlines to Malaga include easyJet, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia, BMIbaby depending on your departure airport.

I almost do not want to write this review incase other people find out about this amazing flat. We were a group of 4, and this flat was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the local property agent brought extra supplies for laundry, dishwasher etc. The flat is a duplex, living quarters upstairs and sleeping area downstairs. The flat is situated in a very secure complex and the within 1 minute walk to the port. The view from the terrace is wonderful from the morning until evening. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage space, huge TV in the upstairs lounge, and TVs in both bedrooms. There are bars located on the streeth beneath the flat but you cannot hear any noise. The terrace is big enough for 4-6 people sitting and standing and there is a small BBQ grill provided. I cannot say enough about this property - its absolutely perfect ! |

Booking Conditions:
25% of the rental is paid when booking to secure the reservation.
75% of the rental is paid 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at the weekend rate and the remaining nights at the weekday rate.
A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one weeks rent is payable 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation and is refundable within 7 days of last day of the reservation (subject to a satisfactory check-out).
The rental includes Wi Fi Internet, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and normal cleaning after checking out.
Check in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if the apartment is not occupied the previous night.
Check out time is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the night following your departure.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on the terrace.
