NEW and LUXURIOUS air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment beautifully furnished recently to a very high standard and in a PRIME POSITION on the third floor overlooking sub-tropical gardens and a large swimming pool of this fine development. Staying here perfectly combines the peace and tranquillity of relaxing in acres of lovely gardens and, just a short walk away, the fine sandy beaches of exciting, chic Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, mega-yachts, shops, restaurants, clubs and vibrant night life. For the perfect apartment and a perfect holiday - look no further!

Marble floors throughout, large lounge/dining room with leather suite and dining for 6 leading to a spacious south west facing terrace for eating alfresco and enjoying the daytime and evening sun right through to sunset. Queen size bed in Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom and Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and a 2nd bathroom - beds can be pushed together. SATELLITE TV + INTERNET. 320 days a year average sunshine makes this apartment the perfect choice all year round.

This luxury apartment is air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout. There is a large lounge/dining room with leather suite and dining table for 6 that leads onto a spacious south-west facing terrace for eating alfresco and enjoying daytime and evening sunshine through to sunset.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with Satellite channels, a VGA cable for laptop to TV and an iPod/iPhone dock sound system. FREE INTERNET access is available on request.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and marble en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together if required and they share a second marble bathroom. Bedrooms have TVs and all have large fitted wardrobe/cupboards.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and dryer etc.

Choice of 2 large shaped swimming pools with lifeguards and shallow ends plus children's pool. Sun-loungers are also provided. Beautiful well-kept sub-tropical gardens with evening path lights. There is a lift to the third floor.

Underground designated secure parking space plus ground level parking.

The apartment is in a prime position on the third floor and is south-west facing and its terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool. It is NOT overlooking other apartments and is NOT east facing which overlooks a golf course that has a busy road on the far side.

The quaint seaside fishing town of Nerja along the coast is another ‘must see’ as are Andalucia’s breathtaking mountains.

Further afield you can easily reach the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or take a bit longer and go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Med to Tangiers.

The Puerto Banus area

Puerto Banus and the nearby area: Puerto Banus is the chic, fashionable port for the rich and famous to pose on their mega-yachts. 'People-watching' can be a fascinating pastime and here is probably one of the best places in the world to do it! Lining the marina are lively restaurants, cafes and tapas bars for all tastes and budgets as well as shops of every kind including many top-class fashion shops. And, of course, at night there are the bars and clubs that provide Puerto Banus's vibrant nightlife!

But Puerto Banus is not all glitz - it has great sandy beaches on both sides of the marina as well as many great golf courses nearby. There are also countless other places to go such as - a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, bullring and much more. And don't forget there are private beach clubs for those champagne lunches with freshly caught seafood !

This apartment is just 35 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway. You can either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you from airport to apartment. There is also a bus service.

Airlines to Malaga include easyJet, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia, BMIbaby depending on your airport of departure. Full directions to the apartment are sent with all bookings.

25% of the rental is paid when booking to secure the reservation.

75% of the rental is paid 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation.

For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at the weekend rate and the remaining nights at the weekday rate.

A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one weeks rent is payable 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation and is refundable within 7 days of last day of the reservation (subject to a satisfactory check-out).

The rental includes Wi Fi Internet, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and normal cleaning after checking out.

Check in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if the apartment is not occupied the previous night.

Check out time is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the night following your departure.

Variable seasonal opening of the pools may apply.
