Charming villa situated in a high position commanding magnificent views over the surrounding mountains, a lake, the golf valley, and stretching to Puerto Banus and the Mediterranean Sea. Set in an upmarket gated community, it offers the best of both worlds with complete privacy in a safe, peaceful, tranquil environment yet with easy access to the nightlife and attractions of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The villa comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged over three floors. It has a private swimming pool and extensive open and shaded terraces which provide a perfect environment for outdoor living and entertainment.
The villa has been tastefully decorated with quality modern furniture and fittings and includes wireless broadband internet access and an excellent home entertainment system with a 42” plasma tv, DVD and sky+ satellite tv, and a top of the range sound system.
It provides the perfect holiday experience for all types of groups, whether you want to simply sunbathe by the pool or on the excellent nearby beaches, sample the nightlife of Puerto Banus and Marbella, play golf in any of a number of championship golf courses in the surrounding area, or avail of a multitude of activities and tourist attractions in the Costa del Sol.

Steps lead down from entrance to a large, open plan Sitting Room, with separate home entertainment and dining areas, and sliding doors that open out to the pool / external seating area and to the external dining area.
Modern kitchen with granite surfaces and top appliances including large American fridge/freezer with ice-making machine. Leads to a small external patio with a washing / drying machine.
Bedroom / study with two single beds and a view to the pool / outside seating area
Large bathroom with toilet and his & hers sinks (though no access to hot water)
Large Master Bedroom situated on top floor with double bed, beautiful marble en-suite bathroom, and private terrace with spectacular views of La Concha mountain and the golf valley and sea.
One Twin and one Double bedroom downstairs, each with its own small balcony, and sharing a bathroom with a shower, toilet and his & hers sinks.

Private pool with sunbathing area. Note that the pool is not fenced but it is in full view of the house.
Dining area with large dining table and recently purchased gas BBQ.
Beautiful shaded seating area beside the pool – perfect for chilling out during the day and the evening.
Further details
You will have access to the villa from 4pm on the day of arrival and will need to vacate it by 11am on the day of departure. You will be met by an English speaking agent who will be on hand to answer any questions.
Towels and bed linen changed weekly. Pool maintained weekly in the winter and twice weekly in the summer.
Conditions
To secure a booking a non-refundable reservation fee of 25% is required. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable damages deposit required which will be refunded within one week of your departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Payment accepted in Euros or GBP by bank transfer.
Prices include electricity usage of €75 per week. Additional usage will be deducted from the holding deposit.
No smoking except for on terraces and other outside areas. No pets allowed.

The Costa del Sol is justifiably famous for its all year round sunshine with an average 320 days of sunshine every year, average summer temperatures of 26°C to 30°C, balmy sea temperatures of 24°C, and a multitude of beaches to choose from.
Beyond the beaches there are countless tourist and family attractions to satisfy everyone. Two hour’s drive to the east is Granada with its beautiful old town and the world famous Alhambra, and excellent skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains beyond Granada. Along the coast are numerous excellent family attractions including water parks, an acquarium, a zoo, and a safari park. 30 minute’s drive inland is the village of Benahavis which has a great atmosphere and is renowned for the quantity and quality of its restaurants.
A one hour drive away inland, over scenic mountain roads, is Ronda with its spectacular gorge and bull ring. And all around are the picturesque “pueblos blancos” or white villages, clinging precariously to the mountainsides. Forty-five minutes’ drive to the west is Gibraltar and, a further half hour away, the chilled windsurfing haven of Tarifa.
Further afield are potential trips to fascinating places such as Seville, Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz, and even Morocco by taking the boat from Algeciras to Tangiers.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
The villa is located in Nueva Andalucia, in the heart of the golf valley, surrounded by golf courses such as Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Dama de Noche and La Quinta. It is a 10 minute drive to the glamorous Puerto Banus with its beaches, vibrant nightlife and world famous marina and a 15 minute drive to Marbella, with its beautiful Old Town.
Nueva Andalucia itself offers all of the basic amenities within 5 minute’s drive of the villa, including excellent Spanish and international restaurants, supermarkets (including a late night option), banks, chemists, etc.

Airports:
Malaga airport (AGP) is a c. 40 minute drive from the villa and Gibraltar (GIB) is a c. 45 minute drive. Both are accessible via cheap flights from all over the UK and Europe including airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Monarch, etc.
Car:
Whilst a car is recommended, taxis are readily available and are fairly cheap. A taxi from Malaga airport to the villa will cost c. €75 and from the villa to Puerto Banus c. €8. If you require we can arrange for an airport pick-up.

We spent 5 nights at Las Lomas villa last week and had a fantastic time. The villa itself is in great condition and has an amazing view of the mountains and Puerto Banus and was a great base for all 7 of us to enjoy Puerto Banus and the surrounding areas. The villa itsef was very comfortable with plenty of dining areas, swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and the satellite TV and wifi was invaluable for the end of the football season. Peurto Banus is just a short taxi ride away and there we hired a boat, played golf, visited the bars, restaurants and clubs and even had the opportunity to take in the Malaga v Seville match. All in all a great place to stay and one I would definitely recommend for families or groups of friends. |

This place is amazing! Myself,partner, 10 month old son and some friends have just come back from a week at las lomas, from start to finish frank was fantastic, nothin was to much trouble, our first family holiday with a baby and we were anxious as to how it would go, but we needn't have worried. the villa was amazing with stunning views, the pool was perfect and with the BBQ provided we enjoyed outside eating every day, only 5 minute drive from the port located in a very safe gated community we could not have wanted or needed anything more! Already looking at dates to book for next year, can't wait to get out there and unwind from all the stresses and strains of life in the uk! |
