Spacious 3 bedroom, 1st floor apartment situated approximately 1.5km from Puerto Banus, less than 10 minutes walking and 2 minutes in car.
The urbanization has beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool and 6 other pools with the facility to park directly outside the apartment.
The property is completely reformed and consists of a modern open plan kitchen, lounge/dining room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms and a terrace. The property has been renovated up to luxury standards. All furnishings are modern and of a very high quality. The property has new AC hot/cold throughout.
The master bedroom with large double bed has an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms have twin beds. They have a shared bathroom with bath and shower.
There is a spacious bright dining area with sitting room adjacent. It has a large bay window overlooking the terrace, plasma tv, dvd/CD player with ipod dock and UK free to view Sky satellite. You can view paid TV if you bring your own sky card. There is also a log fire place for cosy winters. On the terrace there is a table with 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers and a charcoal BBQ.
The property is in an ideal holiday location, there is a supermarket only a minutes walk away from the apartment. Just 100m from the property you will also find a sports club with bar/ restaurant.
Puerto Banus is right around the corner, just a couple minutes in car or a ten minute walk where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and a great nightlife.
For your convenience we can provide you with a rechargeable FREE 3G USB dongle. This is used with a recharge card and a deposit of €70 will be required and refunded upon your departure. The dongle will be supplied with €10 credit covering 200Mb of use. This can be extended at most stores by buying additional credit for the sim card at 5cts per Mb.The apartment has a WiFi router, and used with the dongle provides internet access in the property for mutiple computers.
For bookings of four nights or more there will be a free welcome pack upon arrival.

The Costa del Sol region

The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
The glamorous Puerto Banus is famous for its big boats and flash cars. Its exclusive restaurants, bars and nightlife are a must for anyone visiting on holiday.
There are plenty of shops from designer brands to shopping centers such as El Corte Ingles and Marina Banus where you can find just about anything.
The apartment is walking distance to Puerto Banus, a bus service also runs to Puerto Banus and Marbella. All other amenities are close by e.g bars/restaurants, paddle tenis, golf, Mercadona supermarket, Manolo Santana Tenis Club, Gymnasium

From Malaga Costa del Sol Airport, head south towards Gibralter/Algeciras on the A-7 (Used to be the N-340) OR the AP-7 toll road. Take the first exit for Puerto Banus and at the roundabout turn right. Keep on this road, going straight over the roundabouts until you see an arch with Los Naranjos de Marbella. Pass through this arch and take the second turning on the right. The apartment is located on the right hand side passing through the last gate and walking up the first set of stairs on the left. The journey should take approximately 45 minutes.
BY BUS:
A bus is available from outside the terminal building at Malaga airport which goes directly to the Marbella bus station. Tickets cost approximately €5 per person. From here, the apartment is less than a 10 minute drive and taxis are readily available from the front of the Marbella bus station.
Flights are easily available from the UK into Malaga with Easyjet, BMI baby, Monarch, BA and RyanAir.
Car hire can be found inside the Malaga Airport terminal building which include Hertz and Helle Holis.

When we arrived we couldn't believe our luck, we drove into the urbanization, which was all white beautiful buildings with so much greenery. all the gardens seemed ecquisitely planned, with beautiful flowers, and leafiness and aromas of sweet florals and jasmine. The apartment itself was very clean, with all mod cons and lots of space. We had a lovely little terrace which had sunshine during the day, dishwasher, barbeque and washing machine. My only fault was the mattress's were rather squeaky and soft.....not my cup of tea....but all in all I would def return there, we all felt quite at home, plus the tv had been rigged up to english tv, so we could watch bits and bobs of tv when we wanted. Plus Michele was very helpful and on hand should we have needed anything...fabulous holiday!! |

Stayed in this appartment for a week with 4 friends, after finishing our exams. The appartment was well presented and spacious and equipped with everything we needed.The only negative was that we each only had one pillow on our bed which was very thin. The complex was busy but not noisy, and a lot of the time we had the pool area to oursleves. It is about a 25/30 minute walk into the centre of Puerto Banus which was longer than we expected, but was an easy straightforward and flat walk. Puerto Banus was a lovely place, with lot's of nice restaurants and shops. The strip of Perto Banus had many great bars which were quite cheap. Would deffinately reccommend this appartment for young people on holiday with friends or for families. Response: We have now added 2 extra pillows for those who want it. |

We stayed in Los Naranjos for two weeks in August. The apartment is quite large and was renoved to the hightest standard in 2011 - it was a fabulous apartment. Unlike other pools around the complex which were busy most of the time, the pool was for the most part relatively quite, which made sunbathing pleasureable. There is a supermarket and fab coffee shop just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Puerto Banus is a 15 minute walk, with a regular bus service. We would definately stay here again if going back to Puerto Banus. |

An Initial Deposit of 40% will be required at time of booking. In the case of cancellation, any Rental paid less Initial Deposit prior to eight weeks of the arrival date will be refunded.
The remaining 60% to be paid within eight weeks prior to arrival. In the case of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to the arrival date we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit and the Rental but refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. In these circumstances we will refund the Rental (less the Initial Deposit if we are able to secure an alternative booking fro the property).
A key/ breakage deposit of €300 will be required with the final payment and refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure providing no damage has been caused to the property.
