On the first floor there are a further 4 double bedrooms all of a good size with beautiful en suite bathrooms finished in polished marble complete with baths and large walk-in showers fitted with both wall and rain showers. From three of the bedrooms you have access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, and from where you can take in the breathtaking panoramic mountain views. In addition three of the bedrooms also have private balconies to giving dual aspect views. Infact all six bedrooms offer gorgeous views. The rear gardens would not be out of place in finest boutique hotel and contain a stunning 20m pool complete with a Tropical Island and underwater seating area for that ultimate long cool drink while admiring the stunning mountain views. Adjacent to the main pool is the heated Jacuzzi – watch the sunset with a cooling cocktail.

If you with to play music in the evenings then please do so but inside with the doors closed. Loud music should not be played after 10.30 pm and never outside of the house. The Costa del Sol region
This villa is located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol known as El Madronal. This location is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club which boasts, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis and a children's play area.
The Clubhouse offers a well equipped Pro shop as well as a splendid restaurant and bar with terraces overlooking the course and coastline beyond. The course which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros is a 18 hole par 72, with views through the valley to the Mediterranean and North Africa beyond, constitutes golf at its very best. For amateur golfers there are two driving ranges where players of all levels may receive lessons from the fully qualified Club professionals. LOCAL AREA Marbella Town Centre, supermarkets and the beach are all under a 15 minute drive. A five minute drive away is. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park, all close by. Ronda is a 20 minute drive with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breathtaking gorge while Gibraltar can be reached in only 45 minutes. Within 2½ hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville, Morocco or Granada on a comfortable day trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all water sports are also available close by. This location will not fail to impress even those with the most discerning tastes, please book early to avoid disappointment!
