Deposit:
25% upon reserving apartment (non-refundable). Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Breakages/ Security Bond:
A bond of £100 (Low Season & Mid Season) or £200 (High Season) is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. This will be refunded to you on your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.
Cancellation Policy:
50% charged if cancelled within 8 weeks
75% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days

The Costa del Sol region


'The sun always shines on the Costa Del Sol'
The long coastline offers a large number of beaches with bars and restaurants plus a selection of sporting/ boating facilities.
There are many small historic mountain villages that are typically Spanish such as Ronda, Mijas and Coin.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Both Puerto Banus and Marbella are renowned for their shopping facilities with major department stores and boutiques and are only a short distance from the apartment.
There are numerous clinics and hospitals in the vicinity with highly qualified multi-lingual doctors in case of emergencies.
A selection of modern supermarkets that stock all European foodstuffs are close at hand as are Banks and Pharmacies.
There is a wonderful open air market on Saturdays in the Central Plaza, only minutes from the apartment.
The Costa Del Sol is famous for its selection of international cuisine and there is a wide variety of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.

Apartment was very clean and had everything we could have possible needed to make our holiday enjoyable, all kitchen equipment was clean and ready to use. The book collection came in handy for us to read around the very clean pool, the garden attendant was always happy to help and constantly cleaning up the grounds.
