This beautifully furnished apartment with its marble floors and bathrooms, has a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry area. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space, and there are two full bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom. The generous open plan lounge/diner leads on to a very spacious terrace with furniture for 'al fresco' dining, with stunning views of both the mountains and the wonderful bay of Marbella. There is a further private terrace leading from the master bedroom.

A Z-bed will be provided for the 5th person incorporated in the pricing for 5 people. The z bed can also be hired for the 4th person if they do not want to share the king size bed at a cost £50 per week.

The complex has attractive landscaped gardens, with 3 swimming pools and 3 childrens pools. There is also a paddle tennis court.
We employ a management company to look after the apartment and our clients in case there are any problems. Their office is situated near the apartment, and they are easily contactable by phone.
The apartment will have been fully cleaned awaiting your arrival with beds prepared and towels set out for your use.
Before your departure you will be sent detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from Malaga airport. The keys will be sent to you before your departure. Alternatively, we can arrange a taxi from Malaga airport and the driver will meet you with the keys and show you to the apartment, or our representative can meet you at the complex with the keys, but this will incur an additional charge.
If you proceed to book our apartment, we will send you a booking form to complete and return to us. Once the balance has been received, full details of the apartment address etc. will be sent to you.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa de Sol and the N-340 links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba. Gibraltar with the famous rock monkeys and dolphin cruises is a mere 45 minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many white villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benhavis, or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient bullring, Arab baths and breathtaking gorge. So much to do - so little time!
From the apartment it will take no longer than 10 minutes to drive to any one of the very popular golf courses of Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas. There are also at least a further 25 courses within a 20 minute drive, including several 9 hole and championship courses. La Dama de Noche golf course also has floodlights for night play.
The apartment is located approx. 10 minutes walk from the sophisticated marina of Puerto Banus, and its adjacent beaches. It is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world. There is a wide array of bars, restaurants and shops along the waterfront. In the shopping area behind the port, there is the famous El Cortes Ingles department store, as well as may other designer shops.
We have a bus stop right outside the apartment with a regular service between San Pedro and Puerto Banus.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment are two supermarkets, a shopping centre, several very good restaurants, a gym and a pharmacy. The shopping centre is also home to the very popular Saturday market, where many bargains can be found.
