This Andalucian style apartment is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and fountains, and the terrace overlooks a swimming pool. The accommodation offers 2 double bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge with fireplace and fully fitted kitchen . The bathrooms are fitted to a high standard and are fully tiled. The lounge and en suite master bedroom lead to a private south east facing terrace where al-fresco dining can be enjoyed.
Our luxury 2 bedroomed apartment in Los Naranjos de Marbella, on the Costa Del Sol is Overlooked by the commanding ‘La Concha’ peak of the Sierra Blanca mountain range, and in the heart of the Golf Valley region of Neuva Andalucia.
This first floor apartment is situated only a twenty minute level stroll from the international resort of Puerto Banus with its restaurants, boutiques, beaches and beautiful marina, and is adjacent to the only 24 hour golf course ‘Dama de Nocha’ and the Marbella Golf Academy.

This is a well equipped self contained property, complete with all furnishings, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and bedding necessary for your family holiday.
The apartment is available for rent all year round, and will be thoroughly cleaned for your arrival, an interim cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.

Only a few metres away is the Club-house and social centre with its well renowned trendy brassiere, bar, serviced pool, numerous children's facilities, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts and central reception.
A recently built Mercadona supermarket is only a minutes walk away.
It is a golfers dream with Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Dame de Noche to name a few only minutes away. There are a further 40 + courses in the area.
Additional services can be arranged including golf outings, fishing trips, diving, surfing, and shooting.
A 24 hour security service operates at Los Naranjos.
A bus service is available on site.

Conditions
A booking deposit of 25% of rental is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. In addition, a refundable key / breakage deposit of £200 is required with the final payment. This will be refunded once the apartment has been checked and found in good order following your departure.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Malaga province and is one of Spains most popular tourist destinations. The areas mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.

The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
Puerto Banus is 6km from Marbella within Andalucia, a favourite resort for international celebrities. As you wander along the waterfront at Muelle Rivera, you will be confronted with a wide array of bars, restaurants and designer shops, if its in fashion you'll find it here.
The marina is well stocked with the most expensive vessels from all over the world, the largest boats are at the south end of the port. A pleasant evening can be spent watching the world go by.
For shoppers, one port of call has to be the department store, el Corte Ingles located in the centre.
There is a market on a Saturday, near the bullring in the old part of the town.
Marbella and San Pedro are a short cheap taxi journey away (approximately 5 minutes), with its great beach bars, night clubs and loads of beachfront restaurants to choose from. The megabowl with 22 ten pin bowling alleys and a sports bar with huge screens has recently opened at the La Canada shopping mall in Marbella.
Orange square in the old part of Marbella is a must for an evening of relaxed dining in quaint surroundings.
Gibraltar is approximately 40 minutes away.

Budget flights available through BMI, Easyjet and Monarch airlines.
Buses from Malaga Airport go directly to Marbella Bus Station, the service runs regularly and is cheap, approx 5 euros. 15 euros in taxi from Marbella Bus Station to apartment. You can call the bus company on 0034 902 527 200 or visit the website: www.ctsa-portillo.com where you will find details of all routes along the Costa del Sol.
Trains run regularly between the airport to Fuengirola.

The apartment is beautiful with all the comforts you will need. The gardens are lush and the pool is great. All local amenities are within easy reach including an on site supermarket. Puerto Banus and Marbella are all within striking distance and there are plenty of villages and towns to explore close by. We visit time and time again and can't wait to return next year for a fun time. |

A wonderful spacious and well furnished apartment overlooking the pool in a
beautiful landscaped urbanisation made up of small squares;- It is the best
apartment we have stayed into date. After exhausting trips to Ronda, Mijas
and days lying on the fabulous Nikki beach it was always a great to return
to a home from home. Car recommended but well served by bus into Puerto
Banus.

We spent a fabulous week at your beautiful apartment in September and loved it so much we came back 6 weeks later for antoher week! It is so well located with easy access to Puerto Banus and Marbella yet so peaceful too. You have provided all home comforts which is so helpful especially the good quality hair dryer and straighteners!! An absolute must for me. Have booked to go back in April and June 08.
