This very comfortable tastefully furnished apartment is situated on the secure and independent urbanisation of Lorcrimar IV. The apartment is located within a gated secure complex, sporting two swimming pools (one children's pool) and sunbathing areas. During peak periods in high season, a life guard is on duty. It is situated within easy walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach and very close to the nearby towns of San Pedro, Marbella and Estepona.
The kitchen which is separated from the living area, is fully equipped for self catering and leads into a utility room with washing facilities.

This superb 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards. The utility area is adjacent to the kitchen. The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with two sofas, Sky satellite television, mini hi-fi system, DVD player, dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is fully fitted family bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom.

There is a large south facing terrace with fantastic pool views and a pull out canopy which covers one half of the terrace for shade. Contains seating for up to 6 persons with sun loungers. Apartment is situated on the inner core of the complex, which adds to greater security. There will be a Welcome Pack (for bookings of 5 nights and over) at the apartment on arrival to get you started on your holiday. We also arrange Airport transfers if required.

Puerto Banus was developed in the beginning of the 70s of last century on a particularly beautiful spot in Marbella, by the local property developer Jose Banús, actually a close friend to Franco. The beautiful set up, along with the commitment with a different and distinctive style in a lovely climate has raised right from the start the interest of the international Jet Set. For many years Puerto Banus is now, especially in summer, the playground for the wealthier citizens and the place to see and to be seen for publicly known and well-off people.
Puerto Banus enjoys it's own micro-climate and boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year, with a year round average temperature of 19 degrees. While the summer months may get a little hectic, May and September are probably two of the best months to visit this resort.
Puerto Banus also boasts a beach that stretches for one kilometer - the golden sands are a major attraction to this town that was once a traditional Spanish fishing village decades ago. As with any resort associated with the rich and famous, Puerto Banus has more than it's fair share of pubs, clubs, restaurants, world-class shopping and casino facilities. Designer names can be found on all the main streets, but if you prefer to browse smaller, more traditional Spanish shops and boutiques then there are plenty of these too. Notably the premier Spanish department store El Corte Ingles with it's five stories, and the Marina Banus Shopping Centre are two of the most popular locations that shoppers head for. Alternatively, a visit to the weekly market held in the bullring each Saturday morning is a great way to buy both local products and holiday souvenirs!
Puerto Banus nightlife is as good as it gets and holds a world-class reputation. It can carry on until dawn if you want it to, or if you prefer something a bit more sedate then you can settle for a quiet drink and tapa in any one of the countless local bars spread throughout the town. If you do get the urge to have a taste of Tinsel Town, there are numerous cocktail and wine bars spread around the Marina and seafront areas, known as the Muelle Rivera - incidentally these are great areas for doing a bit of 'star spotting'!
The Puerto Banus / Lorcrimar IV area
Areas around of Puerto Banus are also to be explored and enjoyed. The Sierra Bermeja Mountains rise to the north of the town, with numerous golf courses that are within a 10 kilometre radius of Puerto Banus. This golf courses are some of the best in around Europe and go towards making Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing holiday destinations. The area is also surrounded with amenities for water sports with jet-skies and boats located less than a kilometer away.

Travelled to Puerto Banus for a family wedding booked this apartment through Trip Advisor. From the very start we had very good communiations with the owners. We were met by Linda who had contacted us by phone, the welcome pack was amazing. The apartment was just as described it had everything we needed. Private undercover parking is just outside the front door, the whole complex was very secure. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday within walking distance of the town, the pools were sparkling clean with a lifeguard on duty. Excelent location, close to the beach and pubs and nightclubs. I have nothing bad to say about this place, owners were really helpful and nice as well. Id definitely stayed again. |

The apartment was perfect. The complex had a large spacious pool and grass area where you could relax in peace. The apartment was a 20 min walk from town, where there was an amazing night life and plenty of shops. Only a 10 min walk to the beach where there was a wide selection of activities. There is no need for a car as the bus stop is a 1 min walk from the apartment and can take you anywhere. Even though the apartment is in a great location and near to the main road, there is little noise from any traffic. I highly recommend this holiday rental to everyone (whether you are a family or a group of friends) |

In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 6 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a £200 security deposit bond which is held and not banked in accordance with the booking contract. An agent will be there on arrival with keys and to show you around the apartment. They also inspect the apartment once you have left, and ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond. The services of this English/Spanish speaking agent who looks after the property, is available at all times for an emergency in the property. Apartment must be vacated by 12.00am unless otherwise agreed!
