The entrance leads to a spacious hall with doors to fully fitted kitchen with utility room, and opposite is a cloakroom and an entrance to the garage.
The hallway leads to a higher level and spacious split lounge and dining room, comfortably seating 6 adults in both areas. The lounge includes a 37" Samsung flat-screen LCD HD TV including approximately 100 Eurostat channels from the UK, Spain and Europe and a DVD/CD player.
From both the dining room and lounge there is separate access through patio doors to the private patio and sunny garden, where there is quality aluminium furniture for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing in the shaded patio.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a superior king-size bed and large fully equipped en suite, along with full width fitted wardrobes. In addition there is a 28" Samsung flat screen TV installed.
The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both have twin beds which can be placed together, including White Company bed linen, fur throws, full width wardrobes, and an adjacent family bathroom.
From the master and 3rd bedrooms the full height patio doors lead to the sunny, sheltered balcony, which is fantastic for sun bathing at any time of year, and where there is a high quality sofa, armchairs, coffee table and 2 sunloungers.
On the 2nd floor there is an additional, large sun terrace with an aluminium table and 4 chairs, with views to La Concha (mountain) and the pool.

The patio includes a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and 2 sunloungers, and overlooks the sunny and private garden.
The balcony and sun terrace receive sunshine all day long, with the sun terrace having a table and 4 chairs.
The quiet pool is in an attractive landscaped area, open to residents only, and is only 50 metres from the property.
Sporting facilities including numerous golf courses (including a driving range and 24hour course) are within walking distance, and the beaches at Puerto Banus and quiet surrounding areas are within a few minutes drive.
The house is in an extremely safe location, although with this being a high quality development, risks are not taken so the house is secure both front and back, and the development benefits from security patrols.
There is also a sport club with tennis courts, swimming pool & bistro on the development.

Swimming pool access requires a residents key which we will provide.
In view of the high quality of the furnishings and inherent risks we are unable to accept pets, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. Thank you for your understanding.

Conditions
Part-weeks are charged as fractions, so we will provide you with a definitive quotation upon request.
On reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required (we can be more flexible where your holiday is more than 6 months ahead) with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings that are made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required.
If for whatever reason you need to cancel (as of Jan2011 nobody has yet had to do this), refunds of payments will be given if we are able to re-let the dates to another client. In this case we will deduct a £50 administration charge before returning a cheque for the balance.
There is also a £300 deposit required to ensure the return of keys and in the event of damage to the house. This will be returned by cheque within 15 days of the end of your stay .
The Costa del Sol region


Within an hours drive are Malaga to the East, and Duty-free shopping at Gibraltar to the West. Numerous picturesque and historic “white villages” are also within a half-hours drive of our property (where the views over the Costa are spectacular). Benahavis is one of these villages and is renowned for its outstanding and inexpensive restaurants, being only 20 minutes away.
Marbella is the major town in the area and is only a 10 minute drive away. We would recommend a visit, especially to the picturesque old town to have a browse in the lovely shops in the alleyways, have a drink or meal in the relaxing Orange Square, and to walk along the promenade where there are scores of restaurants.
Within a 2 hour drive are the beautiful and historic towns of Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Grenada, with the famous Alhambra Palace and from Dec-April there is skiing and snowboarding at Europe’s most southerly ski resort.
Day trips can also be organised to Morocco.
The Puerto Banus area
Our home is on the exclusive Los Naranjos de Marbella development, just a 2 minute drive (or 15 minute level, safe and well-lit stroll) north from the fabulous and internationally renowned Puerto Banus. The busy marina contains some of the most impressive yachts in the world and is surrounded by designer shops and fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants (which are surprisingly good value at lunchtime), and great nightlife with bars, music venues and discos which are open until dawn.
With its micro-climate (being protected by the Sierra Blanca mountain range and the beautiful La Concha peak a few kilometres to the north), providing an average of over 300 days of sunshine per year (for the last 5 years we have been sunbathing on our balcony during December in over 25 degrees heat).
This is an ideal location for golfers as there are more than 50 courses along the Costa del Sol, all easily and quickly accessible. These include the world famous Valderrama and the San Roque complex. If you are a golfing insomniac, the only 24 hour course in the area, the “Dama de Noche” is within walking distance of the exclusive Los Naranjos development. Please note that this is some 2km from the unrelated but well known Los Naranjos golf course, so please do not confuse the locations.
Other local activities: - riding, walking, climbing, watersports, water parks, and the Selwo Safari Park at Estepona is within a 20 minute drive. There is also a marine observatory, multi-screen cinema and casino close to the town, with a big open market outside the Bull Ring in Nueva Andalucia, which is only a 5 minute drive away.
Local bus stops are within 2-300 metres and taxis are inexpensive, although we would recommend hiring a car as there is so much to see, and so much great food to enjoy.

Malaga airport is an easy 45 minute drive away, and Gibraltar is an hours drive away. We always choose Malaga as there is a greater choice of airlines from Gatwick, and Gibraltar certainly was slow to exit through Customs a couple of years ago although there have recently been some very cheap flights here.
From Gatwick we have used Easyjet, Monarch, BA and Thomson/Tui, Aer Lingus for as little as £19. Its best to check their websites for their regular special offers. BA are consistently the best service & Aer Lingus very good.
Car hire is also convenient and inexpensive. We recommend booking via the internet prior to departure, and regularly use www.carrentals.com and www.carhire3000.com who have access to preferential terms from quality local hire companies based within the airport.
For all our guests we provide comprehensive directions with photographs, and we have a professional managing agent based near the development, who can answer any questions during your stay.
