Terrazas de Banus is located just a 2 minute walk from the front line of Puerto Banus, world famous for its restaurants, bars, clubs, exclusive boutiques, beaches and yachts moored it its marina. There is something for everyone to enjoy by day and night.

The apartment is located in a tranquil oasis just off the central square in Puerto Banus. It is a spacious, beautifully furnished and well maintained apartment with two good sized bedrooms, large liviing area, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large terrace with views over one of the pools and gardens.

Terrazas de Banus is set in landscaped tropical gardens and has a tennis court, three pools and a children's pool surrounded by lush lawn areas.

A perfect setting for families, couples and golfers alike.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.

Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.

Office hours for our representative are 10am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and arrivals outside these hours incur a meet & greet charge of 72.60 Euros.

Conditions

In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.

If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm) a meet and greet fee of 72.60 euros will be payable direct to our representative together with charges for any extra requests you have made (wifi, baby equipment hire, welcome pack, etc).

There are also blue flag standard public beaches nearby in San Pedro and Estepona.

The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 40 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment.
