Stunning luxury spacious 4 double bedroom villa+ private solar heated pool(heat pump for winter additional charge) + paddle pool+play area with small trampoline/wendy house/slide/bikes. Spacious terraces and gardens for sunbathing set in its own grounds + orange and lemon trees to the rear. Electric gates to the property and room for 2-3 cars-please note there is a front and rear garden both each with dining table/sun beds with padded cushions/hammock- this enables familes taking Grandparents- to have their own quiet rear garden to read and sunbath while the granchildren have the pool garden.

The swimming pool in our villa is quite stunning !!!! for young children there is a separate paddle pool which is quite rare for a private villa. The garden is grass turfed -- we find families appreciate not having the usual tiled or flagged surround to contend with. . For alfresco dining the patios and pool offer the most romantic setting for couples and the villa has been a popular honeymoon venue!.

Also for families with teenagers! the full size snooker table keeps the kids out of the sun for a while! and due in Spring new exterior play area-please enquire on booking for extra information on equipment for young children.
Less than 150 metres away there is also several bars and restaurants to suit every taste-unlike some of the larger villas on the Costa del Sol--clients do not have to drive out for their evening meal!!!! 2 of the very best restaurants on the Costa del Sol are 5 min walk away-both welcome children.

Saterlite T.V with English channels- pool heated by solar until Oct-April we can then add a heat pump- this incurrs a charge of £100 per week if you require it.
We only accept families!- no single group! hen/stag parties - people that are not truthful on their booking form re-ages- will be turned away by our management company.
A retainer of £200 per booking is taken and returned within 48hours- retainer conditions sent with booking forms.
Smokers allowed on patios only

This luxury 4 bed villa in the Costa del Sol is located in the most popular holiday destinations in Spain.! There are over 2,000 species of animals representing all corners of the world. They can be viewed both on foot and also from 4x4 vehicles which take visitors around the park.
Selwo Marina in Benalmedena is the same as the adventure wildlife park, except it houses water species and has the only penguin aquarium in Spain.

The Puerto Banus / El Paraiso, Puerto Banus area

The luxury villa is close to the affluent seaside town of Puerto Banus is renowned as a holiday destination for the rich and famous. The luxury marina is filled with million dollar yachts and the sandy beach sprawls for over 1km. The town itself is full of fast cars, designer shops, casinos, classy bars and great restaurants.
The Sierra Bermeja Mountains rise up to the north of the town, and there are many golf courses scattered within a 10 kilometre radius of Puerto Banus. The golf courses are some of the top courses in Europe and help make Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing destinations.

Things to Do

Puerto Banus, located at the water's edge, is the perfect place for an aquarium. It is in the Control Tower of the port. The little ones will have a ball with the "underwater baptism," diving into a 3m-deep tank - always under supervision of an instructor - and surrounded by fantastic species: ray-fish, lobsters, eels, and small sharks. They can pet and feed the well-behaved rays, also known as "sea puppies."


From the beach there are many water sports available, such as jet skiing, surfing, parasailing and water skiing::

These are just a few of the clubs open to the public for water sports. Funny beach is also a popular place to go for water sports and many other activities.

This area has a go-Karting track and will let children over seven years drive round the track on the smaller children’s go-karts. “A lovely villa - great for families” The villa is beautiful - very spacious (for 4 adults and 4 children) really well laid-out, with a secure garden, well equiped kitchen, plentiful children's toys and equipment for the pool, garden and house, and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The villa owners were extremely helpful and dealt very quickly with a problem (the pool heater broke) and did everything they could to arrange for it to be fixed. The marble steps in the living area and unfenced off pool were not tiny toddler friendly - but we were able to correct this by moving furniture to create barriers so this didn't cause a substantial problem. Overall - excellent Response: Thank-you so much for taking the time to write this review !- we hope to see you all again in the future-Regards

“Great villa, great location, great fun” Just wanted to say that we had an absolute ball in Palm Villa. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and the villa was perfect for us - luxury and perfect for the kids (not a common combination). Weather was mixed but the odd rainy day didn't matter as the pool was always warm! So much to do both in and around the villa. Loved Estapona- lots of cute shops and squares and cheaper than Marbella but also loved the people watching there and in puerto banus. Villa was such a perfect location to explore the area but also kept the kids amused with all the fun toys in play area. Lovely restaurants and beach we could wander to and we loved the nights in (well out!) with a few bottles of Rioja on the terrace. Such a fantastic holiday, great fun, great memories- as the January blues kick in we are all looking forward to another trip out soon! “Great Luxury Villa - great for kids” The villa was gorgeous, really enjoyed having the large ensuite! The kids had a great time, lots to keep them entertained! We had 5 children between us all under 12 years –so not exactly quiet and had no complaints due to the size of the grounds of the villa.. Sue could not have been more helpful, she gave us lots of great tips about the local amenties and where is good for the children to go. We are so glad we have found this villa and we will be booking with Grandparents next summer, the pool looked amazing at night and we barely went out as it was such a treat to dine outside while the children played on the play station and pool table.- great holiday! “Cracking Holiday” The Villa was spotless & plenty of things to do for the children,a great pool & the Villa is set in a quiet area, And there are plenty of Tapas bars all very good & cheap & a football pitch all within 10 mins Walk & not a lot of traffic a very enjoyable holiday. “Disappointing” Disappointed that the villa needs a good clean throughout (especially the kitchen cupboards which were thick with grease) and is lacking in some kind of maintenance, e.g. remotes not working, loungers with holes, broken crockery etc. Certainly not the standard of cleanliness that I'm used to from previous rentals. Most disappointing was the owners total lack of any kind of tact and respect for our hard earned family holiday in causing major anxiety for the entire 2 week stay by forwarding to us, on our first full day, an email from a disgruntled neighbour complaining that the noise a family generates by playing in the pool, on a Sunday - during the day, was unacceptable behaviour for the neighbourhood. Included in the said email were many other complaints about past guests, which we didn't need to know about. We went as a family of 5 consisting of Grandparents (both pensioners, one of which has recently had a triple heart bypass), myself, partner and our just turned three year old toddler – so as you can imagine, we weren't swearing or being yobs. I personally feel this isn't a villa aimed at families - when we queried this with the owners, we were left unclear as to whether the villa really is suitable or not, as they never gave us a clear position of how much noise was tolerated during day-time in the neighbourhood. The pool was kept nice. I find it hard to understand how they can class it as luxury at the moment – perhaps once it's had a deep clean and everything is well maintained, it might be. Response: As you know we got off to a very bad start with your holiday as we received from 2 neighbours complaints about noise, the villa is on a lovely quiet residential development which is explained in all our booking retainer and conditions which the clients sign when booking. We have to balance mentioning complaints against possible upsetting clients- but as this was the very first day and from 2 neighbours by email- we forwarded it on as we felt it was best as they had a further 13 days to go. We feel they became very negative about the villa from that moment on and that the other complaints were not justified- we welcome prospective clients that will respect the neighbours(who over several years of letting we have only complained twice-unfortunately both recently). We realise this put a damper on their holiday and offered a discount if they wanted to comply with the noise level and travel again with us in the future. We have excellant reviews for this year on other web sites that client's can read- so we hope that future clients realise that this was one client that was agreaved by us passing on the noise complaint- (on their very firstday which was a shame!). We welcome positive critismn where its due and always endeavour to put things right on every occassion which I think is shown in the popularity of Palm Villa- again I am extremely sorry that the complaint may have spoilt your holiday in anyway . Although noise on this beautiful residential development is not welcome- on the plus side clients with young children state how lovely it is not to be disturbed!- Regards

1,Your Villa was lovely and the location excellent. The restaurants of El pilar were so good there was no need to Taxi into Puerto Banus.
In the evening after our meal we would walk back to the Villa and the children would play pool in the games room while the adults relaxed on the terrace looking over the amazingly lit pool area with overhanging Palm trees.
