VILLA SANDY is a large villa split into two apartments and the apartment on offer is on the whole ground floor with patio doors opening to the pool and garden. The upper apartment is rented separately. The apartment on offer is available with it´s own private entrance and parking with SOLE USE of the HEATED pool, Jacuzzi and garden. This gives the apartment the privacy and space of a villa at a fraction of the cost of whole villa.

The apartment is rented with PRIVATE HEATED pool and grounds with one other apartment self contained above - ideal for those wanting the complete privacy of their own pool and garden, This apartment occupies the whole ground floor of a massive property. The upper part is rented separately on a long term basis and has its own separate entrance and rear garden – so you have also your own entrance, private parking - all at a fraction of the cost of renting a complete villa.
This villa was designed in a very Arabic style which is why many of the terrace doors are framed in Arabic shapes and the whole sweeping circular terraces add grandeur to the whole structure.
All the furniture and furnishings are modern and quality and all thee of the bedrooms also have Satellite TV – 2 with flat screen TVs
Two of the bedrooms have patio doors out to the swimming pool, and the third bedroom is accessed directly off the lounge. All three bedrooms are ensuite. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the Master has 2 double beds to sleep 2 in style or 4 if required. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are all provided. Cleaning on arrival, departure and every 7 days is also included, as are all utilities.

The apartment is situated in beautiful gardens with a private heated pool, lots of palm trees and grass areas for kids to play, an outside dining terrace with BBQ, a Jacuzzi and it´s own private entrance with secure parking
The apartment is situated only minutes walk from all ammenities including the most fabulous choice of bars and restaurants, a large supermarket a chemist, a market and some great shops. Puerto Banus and all its fantastic array of nightlife is 15 minutes walk as are some of the greatest beaches on the golden mile.

Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys, and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport – much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!)
5 kms north is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling,
Cinemas, and so much more!
The Costa del Sol, especially Marbella generally has good weather all year round as it is sheltered by the mountains behind in the winter, and cooled by the sea breezes in the summer. For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat!
Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to the most “happening” resort in the Costa del Sol.
Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people – it’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades!
