The property is a spacious 200m2 with a lovely south facing terrace with sea views. The lounge has large comfortable sofas and a dining area for up to 8 people..with handy mini-bar.
There are 3 large bedrooms, the largest of which has 3 single beds so this apartment can sleep up to 7 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and very modern and has a breakfast table for 4. The apartment comes with TV, DVD player, Hi-fi system and Sky TV (freeview).
The property is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There is a lovely terrace to enjoy with views over the swimming pool and down the boulevard to the Sea.

You can enjoy the large swimming pool and sunbeds in the communal gardens of Las Gaviotas or simply walk to the beach in a few minutes to swim in the Mediterranean.

The Costa Del Sol remains one of Europes most popular destinations. The 100km coastline has some of the best Yachting marinas where there are plenty of sunny outdoor cafes and great shopping facilities and vibrant night-life after 10pm.
In the summer the beach clubs like NIkki Beach, Laguna Village and Ocean club are full with stylish holiday makers relaxing to Music from guest Djs and live bands.
For the more traditional there are great Chiringuito restaurants serving tapas, paella and great seafood at very affordable prices. We recommend Plaza beach, Heaven Beach and Bora Bora for the best food and entertainment......all are within a 10 minute drive of los Arqueros.
Puerto Banus and Marbella old town have great restaurants for fine dining and we recommend that you visit the beautiful little gastronomic town of Benahavis at least once.
There is much more to Marbella than beaches....If you get out and look for it you can find traditional Andalucia is not far away.
The Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus Centre area
Puerto Banus is one of Europes most popular tourist attractions. Here you will see beautiful yachts, shiny supercars and elegant shops. You can watk the world go by from the waterfront cafes.
Those who look a little further will see that there is more to Banus and Marbella than just this however. There are fantastic local restaurants that offer excellent value and friendly bars and cafes just off the main drag are where locals and tourists mix that make for great evenings. There is live music, watersports, horseriding and other great events happening on a daily basis.

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photo's it is very plush, well fitted out with lovely furniture, great decor, a nice bar area, air con, nice kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. The hallway/grounds are very clean and immaculately maintained. It is situated very close to all amenities, There is an Open Cors Grocery store and pahrmacy opposite and you are no more than a few minutes walk to the bars/clubs, port etc. The beach is very close and the renowned Ocean Club is just a stones throw away. I cannot fault this place or the agent Martin who looked after us very well, managed the transfers and the transaction very smoothly which is always a concern when renting properties abroad, the deposit was returned promptly when we were departing. Just one minor thing to be aware of, it is quite a residential area so as you would imagine it gets very quiet from 11pm onwards which meant we did find ourselves watching the noise levels whilst out on the balcony at night. The only thing the flat could have done with was wi-fi/internet access. Great Holiday - would definitely revisit! Response: Thanks guys - much appreciated, hope to see you again in the future. I agree with you regarding the internet situation, so many people nowadays have smartphones, laptops, and tablets and cannot bear not to be online. So this year I am able to provide 3G wireless hubs for those who need access to the net. |

We had a beautiful holiday here, the kids were on the beach most days on the Jet Skis and Banana boats, we had several nice meals in the Port....there are some very reasonably priced places ...which surprised us. the apartment was brilliant for us and we would definable recommend it for others.
