About the home

A luxurious two-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct exit from living room into the sun terrace and garden. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with marble floors in all rooms, separately regulated air conditioning, and heated floors. Imagine anything more romantic than having a breakfast on the terrace where you get straight from the king-size bed of the main bedroom!
Menara Beach urbanisation is located on the sea coast between San Pedro and Estepona, 10 minutes drive from each town. The neighbouring 5* hotel Las Dunas offers relaxing spa procedures and diverse massage. At the beach one can enjoy different water and sport activities, the beach is especially popular between windsurfers and kiteboarding fans. Enjoying a walk along the promenade by the seashore at the distance of 5 minutes walk you will find one of the best seaside restaurants Tikitano. From here, enjoying a meal on the terrace you can admire the view of the majestic and peaceful Gibraltar rock and mountainous coastline of Africa where the calm Mediterranean squeezing through the Strait of Gibraltar gradually transforms itself into the mysterious Atlantic.

Complex has a tropical garden with wonderful view at the Gibraltar rock over the pools and the sea, one heated indoor pool, two communal outdoor pools, one of them with refreshing waterfall. Free sun beds are available beside pools, or you can take a rest on the beach by the sea. Water springs are winding through the tropical garden with several tastefully planted ponds. Stepping on the promenade a picturesque sight at the Rock of Gibraltar and the continent of Africa opens over the Mediterranean. Gymnasium is offered for community guests. Security guards 24 hours a day, the responsive community staff is available every day for information. There is a garage at the basement for apartment inhabitants and a parking place on the street for visitors.

The Costa del Sol region

Visit a very picturesque Andalusian village Ronda. Its location on a mountain peak on a rocky outcrop made it inaccessible for Christian army for a long period of time. Another place to admire is Puente Nuevo Bridge which was built in 18th century and divides Ronda in two parts, and one of the most famous bull fighting arena Mirrador. You should see also the peculiar formation of nature – the rock of Gibraltar (territory belonging to Great Britain), the largest town of Andalusia Sevilla. Speed boat from Algeciras or Gibraltar will take you across 13 km wide Strait of Gibraltar and you can step out on another continent – Africa. If you happen to be here in winter you can go skiing to the ski resort more than 3000 m high in Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Golf.
You can find more than 60 golf clubs in Andalusia, 30 of them are located right in Costa del Sol, and they are suitable for golfers of different skill levels. The warm climate allows playing golf in all seasons which is why Costa del Sol is often called Costa del golf. The concentration of high quality golf fields combined with sunny and mild winter has made this region unconquered winter golf destination for North Europeans, and since 1997 Ryder Cup competition in Valderrama, Costa del golf has been recognized as the best winter golf region in Europe.

The Puerto Banus / Menara Beach area

There are several trading centres, restaurants, banks, some amusement parks, one of them Selwo safari park with zoo is situated only within 10 minutes drive. The close Puerto Banus offers numerous bars, restaurants, designer shops, but different night clubs are open for those who enjoy discothèques and other night life entertainments. Puerto Banus is also a home place for several most impressive yachts of the world. Visit Estepona surrounded by mountains and the sea with its 21 km long beach, village Benahavis enclosed by mountains and the town of San Pedro. Don’t miss to visit here the beach restaurant Bora Bora where Princess Diana and Bruce Willis have had their meals.

By car
From Malaga airport it is approx. 50 minutes drive to Menara Beach, Estepona. From the airport take the A-7(N-340) coastal road direction to Cadiz, Marbella. When reaching 163 km of Cadiz-Malaga on A-7, exit right, following signs to the Las Dunas hotel, cross A-7 under the road and turn back on A-7 direction to Malaga. Approx. after 1 km (164 km), following to Las Dunas, exit right.

You can take also toll road AP-7(fast and expensive), exit to San Pedro Alcantara, where join A-7.

From Gibraltar airport take A-7 direction to Malaga and right exit on 174 km, to Las Dunas.
