A superb duplex apartment, with 3 bedrooms, ( ! double, 2 twins. A huge roof terrace with shade. Sky TV, table tennis, BBQ, Aircon in all rooms, dartboard, DVD, fully equipped kitchen. 10 metred from beautiful pool and 250 metres from Beach

An awesome location 9 kms west of Puerta Banus. The nightlife of Banus Marbella 9kms away, shopping at Corte Ingles, 40 golf courses within 45 minutes. Close by ( within 10 mins) is Los Flamingos, El paraiso, Atalaya and Estepona courses.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol, in particular the area of Marbella and Puerto Banus, is sheltered by mountains has its own micro climate, creating some of the best weather in Europe year round. The Costa del Sol has on average 320 days of sunshine every year, with average summer temperatures of 26°C to 30°C.

The area has spectacular views as The Rock of GIBRALTAR ,and on a clear day the Atlas Mountains of North Africa can be seen. A short boat trip can take you to Morocco, a 2 hour drive can provide skiing or the famous "Alhambra Palace" in GRANADA. Closer to home a scenic hour’s drive through the winding country roads will take you to the beautiful mountain town of Rhonda with its stunning views and Spanish culture. The area has an abundance of historic, white washed villages or “pueblos”.

The windsurfing capital of Europe, TARIFA, is an hour’s drive and has 10 kilometres of stunning white sandy beaches, unspoilt countryside, and some of the best windsurfing conditions in Europe have established Tarifa as a true surfers paradise. Just 11 km across the Straits of Gibraltar at its narrowest point, this southern-most tip of Europe where the Med meets the Atlantic Ocean, enjoys spectacular views of the Mountains of Africa across the water.

Located inland, JEREZ holds worldwide acclaim for its sherry and brandy production, you can enjoy a guide tour of the Bodegas, and of course sample the sherry. The city is equally famous for its fine horses as well as Flamenco music and dance. The town dates back to Moorish times and possesses a charming old town, casco antiguo, with beautiful palm lined squares. Of special interest is its Cathedral del Salvador , originally built by the Arabs as a mosque. Today the city of Jerez has a remarkably aristocratic air with wide streets, squares and magnificent rows of jacaranda trees during spring.

Nueva Andalucia is 5 minutes drive from the world famous marina of Puerto Banus and its bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. The villa is situated in Golf Valley and is a short walk to some of the best golf courses in the region, including Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta and Los Naranjos.

Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, chemist, hairdressers and beauticians are all in very close proximity - about 2 minutes by car.

The location is ideal for families offering many activities including, water parks, safari park, cinemas, shopping, local markets, tennis, horse riding, quad biking, mountain walking, glamorous beach clubs

Marbella Town is just a 10 minute drive, where you can explore the historic old town and charming Orange Square, or "La Plaza de los Naranjos", it’s a hub of activity day and night. And, depending on the time of year, the colours here can be vibrant, with the trees and exotic tropical plants set against a backdrop of dazzling white buildings and a deep blue sky. There are numerous excellent restaurants to choose from to sit back and soak up the atmosphere. Or you can take a stroll, along the Avenida del Mar, one of the most beautiful promenades on the coast.

“Batteries completely recharged!” There were 7 of us in total that stayed for a blissful week! My partner and I and 5 children, aged 6, 7, 8, 16 and 17. The villa is absolutely lovely. It is a real home from home. There was every utensil you could wish for in the kitchen and more. This made catering for so many of us very easy. The fitting of the villa is luxurious. The round bath in the master en-suite is huge and the 3 smaller children enjoyed a bath together each night! The power shower was lovely too - too nice infact if that's possible! Having Sky was great, particularly for the little ones who were up early in the morning and could flick on the tv, get a cool glass of water from the filtered water machine (which was another brilliant facility - no need to buy bottled water). We could then enjoy a bit of a lay in bed. The top balcony was unbelievable. We didn't tend to eat out much as we were completely spoilt at the villa. The table seats 8 and there was a large gas BBQ which was fab! There's wi-fi too which meant that I could do a bit of work in the evenings, so that I didn't have a mass of work to return to after the holiday. We hired a car, which we picked up at the airport. I would definitely recommend hiring a car. It's very straight forward to get to the villa from the directions we were given. Having transport meant that we could go out for day trips. We know the area anyway, having spent many holidays in this lovely part of Spain. It's a short trip to Estopeno which has a huge Carrefour Supermarket. You can get absolutely everything you could want from here and its very reasonable. In the other direction you are close to Marbella and Puerto Banus. You can enjoy long walks along beach and any of these destinations. Either on the beach itself or on a tiled walk way. There are swings, climbing frames, slides etc for the children to play on at various points too. We also went to Gibraltar for the day, which although it's about an hour or so to get to it's easy to find and well worth the trip. The complex itself is quite. There are 2 pools, both with a gradual slope to enter, which was brilliant for the younger children. We were a couple of minutes walk from a small local supermarket and the beach. There's a lovely restaurant and bar on the beach which is great if you fancy a night out without driving. It really is as good as I paint it and would definitely recommend a stay!
