Beautiful 2 bedroom luxury apartment in La Maestranza. The apartment has just been redecorated with modern comfortable furniture and has everything you need to enjoy a good holiday.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a separate dining area and from the lounge area there is access to the ample terrace from where you can enjoy a nice alfresco lunch or dinner and the good atmosphere. It is in one of the few portals in La Maestranza with a lift and has also easy access to the pool area. The apartment also has WIFI internet.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The whitewashed villages of Andalucia are impressive historical monuments in themselves, and their people still live according to age-old traditions, inherited from their Iberian, Roman and Moorish forefathers.
Many of the villages near the coast have become fashionable resorts, while still conserving their ancient charm, whereas others, lost in the highlands of Andalucia, remain rough and ready olive-farming towns, with a special appeal for the adventurous travellers.
Some of the best villages to explore are only half a day's car ride from the Costa del Sol, including Casares, Gaucin, Manilva, Benahavis, Istan, Ojen, Monda, Coín and Tolox.
From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a spit, fried fish and the incomparable paella. There are also two large parks in Marbella which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book. The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays in the summer. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for world class tennis, sailing and golf. There are also three pleasure craft harbours here.
The Puerto Banus / La Maestranza area
With its quiet footpaths, red roofs and rustic white walls, La Maestranza has the atmosphere of a typical quiet Andalucian village. The urbanization has 3 pools (including the children’s pool), plenty of green areas for sunbathing and relaxation and an onsite 24 hour security guard.
The location couldn’t be better… Within walking distance of the apartment you will find all amenities available. To name a few: 2 supermarkets, over 15 restaurants, a chemist, a dental centre, 3 banks, 2 delis and of course shopping till you drop in The world famous Puerto Banus. Every Saturday 9.30 - 14 the Puerto Banus street market is right on your doorstep.
Puerto Banus is only 15 min walk from the apartment. Puerto Banus, Marbella is the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. It has a busy Marina, not only for some of the most impressive luxury yachts in the world, but also as one of the most popular locations for shopping, dining and nightlife in the Mediterranean.

Thank you. We had a lovely time and were so lucky with the weather.
We really couldn’t fault anything even if we tried. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you could want – I did notice that there wasn’t a hair dryer which really was the only thing anyone could find missing. If I could have changed anything I would’ve made the marble floors a bit spongier for Lucy’s head J!
The service was perfect – the information pack was a lovely touch. We tried the local Indian, Italian and sushi restaurants for take aways and all 3 were really good.
I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the apartment to any friends.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).
We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.
Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.
Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
