Casa La Concha is situated 15 minutes walk to the beaches of Puerto Banus and a short distance to the larger resorts of Marbella and San Pedro. Quiet and Peaceful, the villa is set in its own cul-de sac with easy access to the local Markets including the famous Puerto Banus market for bargain hunting Also very close to all amenities and many wonderful restaurants for eating out .
The villa is hidden behind it own walled garden, filled with lavender and roses. Leading from the large through lounge/dining area onto a large terrace with its own heated private swimming pool with walking steps down into the shallow end ideal for children.
The terrace is furnished with sofas and chairs, Dining table for 12, gas BBQ and loungers for you to watch the golfers. or watch the sun set on the beautiful mountain of La Concha directly in front of you. The villa , with its surrounding lawns and walled garden ,makes an ideal safe family holiday.

The single beds can be joined together to make double beds with the exception of one room in the basement which has a tv in it and makes a good den for children as it opens onto its own terrace and grassed area. There is a bathroom and another twin room down in the same area sharing the terrace. There are duvets for all the beds for cooler months. There is grills on all the windows and an alarm for security.

Local agent who organises met and greet, welcome packs any additional cleaning. Cleaning once a week with a change of sheets is included in the price. They are also there should there be any problems with the house during your stay.

Climate is warm in the winter months November to march and thereafter temperatures of 70 degrees. Even at New year you can be sitting on the terrace having lunch in the sun.
Want to amuse the children then there are the waterparks at Torremolinos.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Sunshine nearly 365 days a year. 51 golf courses to try between Malaga and Gibralter or in the winter months it is a 3 hour drive to the slopes in serville to get a bit of skiing in as well.
Surrounded by restaurants of all nationalities. Try the typical Spanish dishes in the heart of Marbella in the Orange Square enjoy a glass of sangria, red or white and a plate of tapas while you watch the sun set.
Marbella, as most of Spain, has many street festivals for their saints throughout the year where you can walk in the parade with the locals.

40 minute drive to Puerto Banus on easy motorway. Car Hire available in arrival hall in Malaga through www. Bravo Car Hire. Several Big name car hire if preferred ie Sixt, Hertz and Avis.also available in the arrival hall.However, if you prefer a taxi there are plenty to be had just outside the arrival hall but are expensive approx 70 euros!!! plus it is nicer to have a car with some of the most beautiful golf courses and sandy beaches all within easy reach.
