About the home

Dear holiday maker,

Our home is an exclusive 3 ensuite bedrooms property located on the top of the hills of the magnificient resort of Los Flamingos Golf. It is contemporaneous, spacious, nicely furnished and with its own lounge terrace and garden overlooking the sea and often you can see Morocco and Gibraltar from the master bedroom, the second south bedroom and the outside areas.
We want to make sure you spend quality time with your family and friends during your stay - to which we have also left board games for everyone.

The holiday homes furniture's are simples and are kept minimum but complete- with all accessories needed during your stay. Our kitchen is furnished and equipped with oven, micro-wave, hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dish washer and a brita jar. Also in the kitchen is the washing-machine/dryer. Utensils are placed in drawers and cupboards accordingly.

The sofa seats 6 adults around a round coffee table in front of the plasma TV (skyTV available) and the round table seats 4/6 people. Table protection, clothes and glasses are above the sofa and dining table in the cabinets.

Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower, a bath tub, a toilet and a sink. The master bathroom has an Italian shower and a hydro massage tub, 2 sinks, a bidet and a toilet. The floor of the 3 bathrooms is heated. The bedrooms have views on the garden and sea for the master and a twin bedroom while the second twin has views on the community garden.

The Los Flamingos Golf Resort is between Marbella old town, Puerto Banus Marina and Estepona and is near to the beach, groceries stores, ATMs, british community and restaurants. Inside the resort, the Villa Padierna hotel – a lavish 5 stars GLuxe- holds a golf store, a lunch cafeteria, a gym, a spa & treatment open to the public and a Golf reception for those who wish to play golf, 3 golf courses to choose between

Fun for families, teenagers and grown-ups are all around the place and there are themes and aquatic parks, Casinos, water sports, hiking, cultural and gastronomic routes, golf courses and for all ages! If you happen to be stuck under thunderstorms and heavy rain in December/January we have society games that include cards and poker and our place has central heated air to keep you warm inside.

A great place for fashion shoppers as Marbella and Marina Puerto Banus are homes of the most famous international brands; a contrast to the local flea market around the villages and of course to the Spanish gipsy dressing culture.
For more British stores like Dunnes stores or Morrison’s there are in Fuengirola and Gibraltar both 40 minutes away from Los Flamingos.For local traditional costumes, schedule a day trip to Seville or Almeria with an atelier to visit and purchases.

Sea food and light food lovers will enjoy the Mediterranean diet. All traditional dishes are based with local Olive Oil good for health and skin- Jaen (Andalusia) is the world olive oil leading producer and exporter. Meat and veggies/fruit eaters will also be happy with Iberic Ham, leg of lamb, bull stews, local tomatoes, orange, lemons etc

The Puerto Banus / Los Flamingos area

Andalusia is filled with castles, palacios, roman ruins, lakes, mountains, seashores,rivers, Spa's,boutiques,cinemas, bowlings and more.You can keep yourself busy or relax during your stay.

For people choosing our property for 7 days minimum do schedule a day trip to Seville or Granada, 2 hours drive each from Los Flamingos. The beauty of each cities make good impacts to remember forever.

For tenant staying over 15 days,in addition to Seville or Granada make sure to visit a white village.The nearest are Casares, past Estepona and Mijas,past Fuengirola. Casares is less touristic and of course Mijas is more but both villages have their own characters and positivity.

If you decide to stay for 1 month, spend a long week-end in Huelva at 3 hours drive from Los Flamingos.It is the most western province of Andalusia and produces the famous 5j Iberic Ham from Jabugo in the Sierra of Aracena and In 1492, Christopher Columbus sailed from Palos de la Frontera to discover the Americas.A reproduction of the 3 ships exist there.

Ferias (local fairs) from April to October.Check the local Patrons day (Bank Holiday).
Most museums are opened on sundays and closed on mondays.

From Malaga airport with toll pay AP-7 to Algeciras
Take exit San Pedro de Alcantara continue on N340 to Estepona
Take exit Barrio Cancelada and continue up the hill.
Pass the security gate of Los Flamingos .
At the round about turn left as you go and pass the Villa Padierna Hotel (left hand) keep driving through.
At the round about go through to the top of the hills until the end of the road. You have arrived at Alanda Flamingos.
