This apartment is ideally suited for either family or golfing holidays and is located in a small development of similar properties on La Quinta golf course. It has a large (west facing) Terrace (30 sq metres) overlooking the 7th green.
This is a quiet residential area not suitable for young people who wish to socialise into the early hours.

Marbella's city centre and the boutique shopping, sparkling nightlife and Marina of Puerto Banús are within minutes of La Quinta. Within a 5 minute walk of the apartment is the Westin Hotel La Quinta Golf Resort, set amidst splendid gardens the hotel has swimming pools, restaurants, bars, sauna, fitness centre, and an oriental massage centre.

The Golf complex (27 holes) is located next to the Westin Hotel, with panoramic views of mountains and the Marbella coastline. It consists of three combinable courses, each of the courses are demanding due to design of the fairways, and have greens of excellent quality.

The apartment is located within the La Quinta Golf complex (27 holes), with panoramic views of mountains and the Marbella coastline. The course consists of 3 loops of 9 holes (Guadaiza, San Pedro and Ronda) and a successful Golf Academy with separate practice areas. Former Ryder Cup player and World Champion Manuel Piñero, who also designed the course, together with Antonio Carcía Garrido, supervise the Academy.

* Start and end on any day
* Deposit of 20% required on booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable deposit of £200/€300 against breakages & safe key return.
* Air Conditioning/Heating included in weekly rates.
* Weekly linen change & weekly maid service included. Daily or twice weekly maid service is available at extra cost. * Beach towels not provided.
